Been down for me since 1:15 EST Trace rt shows it's not my connection. And neither of their ph# are working... I'm hoping that's because VOIP.. Needless to say 1 hour is very disturbing... |huh

well I can't say that, they've actually been fine for me, their customer service is really good. But this is the 2nd time this has happened in about 2 wks I think (that I know of) and I just can't afford to have it happen at all :(

Well, I can understand you.. most of my little biz happens at webair... but who can guarantee 100% uptime..?

This is the worst I've ever seen it. They have generally been good to me. This is pretty distressing since I was just considering upgrading my dedicated server again |cry|

I have 6 sites at WebAir.
After today, I am seriously considering a move. I have noticed at least one period of downtime a week for the last few months, and a distinct slowdown these past few days.
Even Dreamhost is better that this!

What hosting company would you suggest?

I have 30+ other sites at Colo-cation, and haven't had to complain once in over a year! I don't like the thought of all eggs in one basket, but will probably move all (ex)WebAir sites over to them.

I'm down too ... just got the word they'll be up in 10min ... hopefully
