My Daughter and Grandchildren come into town tonight. It appears to be a fun filled weekend :)

What a fucked up day yesterday.

I was driving running some errands when I stared to feel nausiated so I rolled up the windows and turned on the air conditioning when I stopped at a set of traffic lights. I passed out! Woke up to 5-6 people knocking on my car windows totally disorientated. A guy helped me out to the passenger side and someone drove me thru the lights to a parking lot. I was sweating like a pig, felt horrible, then the police showed up then an Ambulance showed up. They checked everything out on me and all was good. Blood sugar and all vitals were fine so they figured I must have caught a bug. The heat, me not eating lunch yet (it was 1:30) was enough for me to pass out they said. If it's a bug you'll likely vomit. If not a bug they said go see a doctor tommorow to be safe. So Rachael finally showed up and she drove me home. We didn't make it, I had to throw up on the way home. Did one more time when I got home. Good news is it appears it was/is a bug. Gotta admit, I was little scared. Before the ambulance showed up I was sweating unbelievably and hyperventelating. Not a good feeling.

Feel better now but still weak and a little queezy. First time in an ambulance for me and hopefully the last.

Oh, good morning. Ill be on the laptop here fom bed for a whle today. :)

Wow Ramster take it easy I hope all goes ok.

Spent a good part of yesterday with a chainsaw cutting up a tree in my backyard that a storm the night before fell. I'll be taking a long soak in Epson salt in a bit.

Other then an Epson salt bubble bath just another thrilling day of work and errands planned.

OMG Ramster, missed your post when I posted earlier.

Maybe you should get your heart checked. Same thing happened to one of the trannies that Angle grew up with earlier this year while she was grocery shopping and then a few months later she dropped dead. Turned out that she had a heart arrhythmia that had gone unnoticed.

I am going to get a full checkup. I'm getting older and haven't had one in at least the 11 years I've been living in Ottawa.

I am so tired, I had insomnia really bad last night, woke up a dozen times so hot, I felt like I was on fire. |yawn| Hopefully, I can nap later on.

It's a good idea to get a checkup after 11 years... my dad got a heart attack once and boy he had to throw up too so don't be sure it is a bug, take it seriously and take good care of yourself.

I do hope I am wrong but as the saying goes, better safe than sorry.

I haven't had a full physical since '92. I've been waiting for something to break or rupture before seeing my doctor.

You're damn lucky that you avoided an accident, Ramster, but you already realize that. I know you're a fit and athletic guy, but if I were you, I'd definitely take Cleo's advice - even if it's just to feel confident that it was only a bug. Hell, I may schedule a visit to my doctor, whose office is a whole block away. Thanks for reminding us that we're mortal! |angry|

Well the Miners have gone but the Bikers are here. Really so cool things. There is a new bike that is 1/2 battery 1/2 pedal power that can go up to 35MPH but you have to pedal to keep the battery charged. Both Lance Armstrong (who unretired @ this show) and Ed Beagly jr. were there stumping for various bike companies.

Anyway I'm taking my minions to breakfast this morning.. then sending them on their way so I can work...

Me too.. I dozed off during "Its always Sunny" then i woke up burning up..but not smart enough to pop a 1/2 a P.M so i wouldn't wake up again.. so it was an every 2 hour ordeal.. and still HOT. |yawn|

Ramster: I agree with Cleo.. get a full check up.. hopefully its just a bug.

The Bitch is having 3 cord of wood delivered today, which means I'll have to stack 1.5 cord of wood this afternoon (fuck yeah I make The Bitch do 1/2 - if it was up to me we'd all wear parka's in the house)

I also have 3 Netflix movies sitting here & I have to watch at least 1 tonight if I want to see Iron Man on Tuesday |bananna|

I'm up. Need to get coffee... tgif. No clue what's on tap tonight, but I know it's going to be awesome. :)
