pornfresh.com stolen
I need everyone who submitted to or links to my LL to remove all links ASAP. The domain has been stolen and copied on the new host. Of course only the changed thiefts links work and all others have been modified so as to not work. I have contacted the host and as yet he has not removed the content.
Regards, Pazz |

Man, this crap sucks. It's really not that hard to do this biz on the up and up without all the cheatin', stealin', and scamming. Good luck getting back at this A-Hole.
Was your domain regged at godaddy by any chance? |
Hmm, godaddy involved in more stealing...

Thank god someone pointed me to the posts on this board and another board about all the godaddy domains that have been stolen. I had bought a couple of domains through them and had planned on switching all my domains over. Now I've done the opposite, and MOVED my few domains off of godaddy. |
This same dumbass has managed to scam a pile of domains through godaddy. he either has an inside hookup, or has figured out how to spoof info for godaddy in a way that lets him take over these domains.
I know a few people are "looking for him", potentially with WMD. |bat| Alex |
ahhh
http://www.nudity-hunter.com !!!! that is my domain that was stolen a little over a year ago!! BLAST THIS FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FEED HIM HIS GOD DAMN BALLS |buddy| |
hmm
im pretty positive this guy is in canada, when http://www.nudity-hunter.com go stolen from me i was able to get his bank account information, and his bank was in canada...
so im pretty sure this guy is in canada. whos up for a trip to canuck land??! free baseball bats for everyone! (metal bats of course) |
hmmm more problems at godaddy
|
The asshole is in Canada, I have forwarded this thread on to the person that is persuing the lawsuit against this guy so he can see it. I think if we all chip in financially we can hire Eric (the attorney in canada) to continue attacking this fucker and get him prosecuted, he just seems to get bolder. I have been told they have a PI on this fool and they know pretty much everything about him, but they havnt shared this info with me but I have had conversations with Eric the attorney in canada working on this fool.
Andy |
I'll chip in some bucks if you can set up a deal where it's clear how the money is being used.
The godaddy connection is very interesting - it seems that this guy only steals godaddy domains. This guys sponsors should also be brought to task in public- why are they sending checks to a known theif? |
And it's obviously a risk to keep an important domain at godaddy.
Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, three times is enemy action. How many past three times is this now? |
From what I've read, it looks like its pretty difficult to prove that the transfer of domain ownership was illegal...if it went through, they had access and were authorized...and that is the position GoDaddy will take.
1. Alleged thief logs into my domain account with godaddy. 2. Changes details, which he can becuase he has access and is deemed to be the owner or the authorized agent of the owner. 3. Unlocks domains, changes whois data and transfers domain to his own ownership. 4. At the point that this has occurred, I am nobody, because I am no longer the registered owner and the registrar has to say "we cannot talk to you, you aren't the owner" Some how we've either gotta prove that.... a) GoDaddy are intentionally permitting this to happen, or are negligent to the point where they might as well be intentionally letting it happen OR b) that the domain transfers occured in such a way that violated GoDaddy's own terms and conditions, or promises as to security of purchases Alone a case will be weak and expensive. If we got a few related instances going, cost goes down and the case grows strong ;) corporations generally BET on customers like us not having the balls or the cash to take em on, but get a few people together with similar circumstances, and it gets REAL easy to prove negligence. Soooo if I can get some support from fellow victims who have proof, circumstances and records of their individual thefts and we all band together and present an attorney (Eric) with the evidence, we may have a cheaper way better chance because we will be splitting the costs between yourselves and the lawyer (an internet fraud/theft specialist) will have greater information to draw informaion from, it may even make his carreer if he is successful. There is copyright issue there as well that will permit me at least to legitimately sue GoDaddy for permitting copyright material. The fact that he used teleport to copy my sites also gives me valid grounds to subpoena GoDaddy for the registrant's details, which should give me the real data on this scumbag. This will continue to happen while godaddy can get away with whatever it is that they are doing. |
Pazz, due to the number and nature of these "transfers", I can only assume that one of the following is occuring:
People are using the same password on their domains that they are using on webmaster programs, and somehow this guy has access. This guy has installed a trojan / keylogger on your system and used it specifically to obtain access to go daddy (unlikely) He has found a security hole in GoDaddy, and is exploiting it to the max. He has inside help within GoDaddy, and is either getting fed passwords or has someone inside provide access / initiating transfers. -or- many people are stupid and keep transfer higher traffic domains to this loser. If I remember correctly, GoDaddy ends up in Australia, which makes for an interesting circumstance if you "lawyer up" on them. They then shut up and tell you to get a lawyer over there. Good luck. Alex |
yep
"People are using the same password on their domains that they are using on webmaster programs, and somehow this guy has access."
i think thats what happened with me, i had signed up with 3 or 4 sponsors i had never heard of, and did use the same password as my registrar, as well as had to supply my domain name to the sponsor. then the next day all my domains were gone, and one of the has been listed here so i can only assume its the same guy. |

I just suggested to the guy in canada ( i dont want to share his info unless he wants me to.)
He said they are lookingat filing suit in September against this guy. I also asked him if he would setup a paypal or epassporte acct that would allow people to donate to supply funds to get this guy. I know he has already spent upwards of $5k on attorney fees to go after this guy so far. Pazz I forwarded your information onto the guy, expect an email soon. Neticule please send me your email address to webmaster@smutlinks.net and I will have the guy in canada to contact you as well. THe more info we can share the better. I personally think this guy has inside help inside GoDaddy because my password was not something i used on affiliate program sites, it was unique and he still got in. I had screenshots of the domain being taken because I logged in while it was going on, I had the receipt that I bought the domain I called while it was happening and GoDaddy wouldnt say anything. So even when I call and say someone is moving it RIGHT THEN They wouldn't do jack shit. I moved all my friggin domains to a different registrar the next day. Andy |
What about domain receipts? These don't help any? I know when I get a new domain I either print it out and/or save the e-mail that is sent to me with all of my information stating that I'm the owner.

Well that definitely sucks ass man.

Neticule... you got any sort of proof about nudity-hunter.com being stolen...
It is now hosted with a reputable adult host that would probably take some action if you had proof.. DD |

OK!!! SOME TIPS HERE!!!
Hey people...
I have read lately the same story over and over again... I lost or my domain was stolen for X fucking reason.... OK!!! HERE ARE SOME TIPS FOR YOU!!! 1 - USE A DOMAIN REGISTRY THAT ALLOWS YOU TO LOCK YOUR DOMAINS... 2 - USE A UNIQUE PASSWORD FOR EVERY SPONSOR YOU SIGN UP WITH... Shit, I already can hear some say it's too much work... Fuck That Mentallity! You are protecting your ass here... Create a file with all your user names and passwords. use a ms database tool or other shit to manage and organise your biz... BE ORGANIZE. 3 - DO NOT FUCKING SHARE PASSWORDS AROUND... YEP!! You READ IT RIGHT! I have found some ideas of secure passes yet people put online the passes they use... 4 - CREATE HARD TO CRACK PASSES LIKE vgH2X4c6FZe9R OR c3ZFg1EsvX8dK.... give those fuckers some thing to work on... do not use simple crap like sex666 5 - IF A SPONSOR ASK FOR YOUR URLS.... KEEP AN EYE ON THEM... Take notes for future refferences... If something goes wrong easy to catch later on... I can keep on and on but the main point here is to be carefull as possible. BTW, TRUST YOUR INTUITION!!! IF SOMETHING SMELLS FISHY DON'T THINK IS RAW PUSSY!!! good luck to all. |
In this vein: What's a good alternative registrar? And what's a good way to manage passwords?
|
I like directnic
the best way to manage passwords is with software mccaffe and norton have password mangement software and there is tons of it online also you should come up with some sort of system to generate passwords for example: like giving eash vowel a number a=156 e=2057 and then using some sort of prefix followed by the first or last vowel of the sponsors name and the prefixes should be different for each group sponsors domain regestars ftp personal this way if one password was compromised they would not get access to anything else |
I agree with Tommy. Manage your stuff with software, but suggesting McAffee & Nortons...hrrrmm....I've heard hackers learn this to break them in kindergarten :P its kinda like putting norton antivirus on your computer to stop viruses...not the best solution getting around....
by the way: we all know to turn off password logging and stuff right? very handy for unimportant stuff, but those data files are allegedly as tight as Gauge after work... using an algorithm based on sponsor names (or whatever) is a good one...but a pain in the ass if you forget the key lol. Personally, I use an excel spreadsheet :P its got a very generic name that no one would ever consider was important, is password protected (which means jack all really) and is stuck in the ass end of one of my directories about 238947 levels deep. The added bonus is that using some cool little bits, I can show only sponsor passes, or website log ins, domains etc. As for GoDaddy's alleged australian connection...if their parent company or other holding corp IS registered in australia, please let me know, I may be able to assist. |
I have a very high tech password solution: I keep a pad and pen on the desk. Ok sometimes I use a pencil.
Plus, I always use my mother's name for all of my passwords: adele. Oh shit!|sad| Time to change them again. |
I hope you guys will get your domains back, I did not even know that people could just stell your domain, I would kill the motherfucking if it was me.
|
This utility makes generating and managing lots of unique passwords quite easy.

Why wouldn't Network Solutions pull the plug on GoDaddy till they figure out if its a inside job or if they have a security breach? Sounds like a good lawsuit against Network Sol. Because they are responsable in picking reliable resellers. IMHO

What the fuck!
Two days ago I got email from admin@fetishcrawler.com asking for trade exchanges with fetishcrawler.com & pornfresh.com. I remember fetishcrawler.com as great LL... so I added those links gladly. Today I saw this post and was shocked! Of course used search buttond and found out fetishcrawler.com was also stolen while ago. Well.. I've removed all links right away but got my lesson: always check twice who you are dealing with... these days nothing is certain |
Stories like that freaks me out...hope you'll get your domain back and that fucking thief will get caught.
|
hasn't anyone noticed this thread was started in 08/2004.
Is this sitil a problem with godaddy, or has it been resolved in the meantime? |
