I should go drive over to Angel's place and beat on her bedroom window as to wake her up to let her know that her server is back on since she woke me up last night to tell me that her server was down.

Not much going on for me today. I tried to get a good night's sleep but got woken up by my tranny neighbor last night and then woke up early this morning unable to go back to sleep so I've only had about 5 hours of sleep.

I'm also really sore from playing tennis and going to the gym. Looks like rain today so I guess I'll be home doing web work.

Oh my God, I had the shit scared out of me this morning. I ran up to the quick shop to get some donuts and as I was driving, my muffler fell apart. I've been duct taping it together for quite a while now, but I guess it's time to do something about it.

So, I'm about a block away from my house and I see a car behind me. Of course I'm a-praying my butt off at that moment and then it happend. The flashing lights, blinking lights. Holy shit, my car is so not LEGAL it's crazy!

So the cop comes up and thank God he's from the sheriff's department and not a local cop. I said, I think my muffler fell off and he said yeah and then he looks around the car, comes back and says, "so, you wanna tell me about your plates?" I said, I know they're expired. He says, "Is that your artwork on them?" I said, I think my nephew did that.

Then I told him that I live right there next door to Judy. He said her last name and I said yes. Can I please just go home and put this thing away? He asked me if I had any warrants and I said no, then he asked me for a valid driver's license. I gave it to him, told him how we moved up here and my husband was running the job at the sewer treatment plant.

He said, ok, and let me go.

And to top it all off, when I pulled into the garage, the muffler caught on the little curb going in to the garage and the whole fucken thing came off. It is so rusted, and full of holes, pipe section and muffler section in several pieces.

By the way, no doughnuts!

Oddly enough, I've been eating a lot of oatmeal lately - with this stupid diet that I'm on & tracking calories & whatnot, oatmeal (with no sugar & very little milk) is very filling :)

Hmmm.. looks like winter is over here, let's get ready for the 3-4 rainy weeks that preceed spring every year. Another good excuse to stay inside :)

Is Gabbo gonna be on the show tonight?

My doctor told me that I need to eat oatmeal each day in an effort to lower my cholesterol.

I've been buying the 1 minute kind that comes in the big round box. Been mixing it with cinnamon, dried fruit, and sugar and then nuking it for 2 minutes and eating it with vanilla soy milk. My problem is I like it too much so I've been eating too much of it.

Oatmeal, shmoatmeal...

If you are not prepared to sweat and workout and do some cardio, you're going nowhere.

Since the whole drama began with my h pylori, I've been eating the "right" foods, avoiding booze, excessive amounts of |potleaf| and for about a month now, basically doing some light running and heavy jogging as well as push ups and sit-ups in the last 4-5 days.

The result? I've lost two inches around my waist (from 36 to 34) I feel better and I have more stamina for other ;) things as well as losing about 5 pounds.

I'll keep you posted as to how this goes.

I'm hooked on the little packets of instant oatmeal - I can't even eat the regular stuff.

I'm odd - when I was a kid I was too lazy to heat up water for the oatmeal, so I just run the tap until it get hot & use that as my "boiling water" for my oatmeal. The throw on a little skim milk (1/3rd of a cup) & maybe a little Splenda & BINGO! Breakfast is ready :)

Of course, I've forgot to mention that I eat 3 packets at once - 330 calories & very filling :D

Yeah the little packets of oatmeal are evil as they are too easy to make and taste too fucking good so I buy the big box so as to do a little work to make. lol.

I forgot to add Judy is a 911 supervisor at the sheriff - that's why he let me go!

I dunno Fonz, if its possible to enter this contest so late in the game. ;) Besides, I want to build muscle and not really focus on the weight loss aspect of it. I'm 6'2" and weigh around 200 pounds so I really can't afford to lose too much more.

Damn, I was hoping that Judy was just a name you came up with as bait for the sheriff. That would have been hilarious if he fell for that.

It's doing stuff outdoors. It's switching back and forth from snow to rain. Sort of like having slush falling from the sky. Yes, it's very nice.

I finished by first cup o' joe and ready for my second. And now it looks like I'm going to have to fix myself some oatmeal because everyone is talking about it. I made it a few days ago, but I have the 'real' kind, and I forgot that it was cooking until I smelled the pan burning. When I went back out to the kitchen all I had was one big, dry oatmeal cookie.

Just got here. Lots of snow again. 50 degrees yesterday and about 4 inches of snow overnight. I should be here most of the day.

I finally set up the puter for the kids last night and gave them the 15" moniter so i could keep my 17" :D But i am still useing the puter with the 15" till i load everything into the new one and man dose it suck going from 17" flat screen to a 15" bubble screen i am ready to smash it. |club|

We are heading over to St Pete this weekend to go boating with a friend so we actually have plans this weekend to get ready for.

It snowed then it rained then it snowed.Now its raining and suppose to snow again.I'm as confused as the damn weather haha.
Last week I couldn't sleep for shit this week I sleep too much wtf.

No radio show for me tonight. I have my yearly dentist appointment tomorrow morning, so I have to go to bed early.

BTW Greenie. Don't use tap hot water for food, it's not good for you. Lots of bad stuff gets released from the hot water pipes.

I have a filtration system on the house, so I have to assume that balances out whatever extra particles I get from my rusty pipes :D

I have five gallon water bottles delivered now that I have a water dispenser, not that the one I bought does hot water but that is what I have a microwave for.

It has been hard for me to get used to getting the water out of my dispenser instead of the tap for cooking but everything does taste better when I do.

Water down here is pretty bad. If you fill up a bathtub it looks like piss due to all the sulfur in our water.
