Netpond Cash is one of my biggest sponsors, so I was a bit interesting in the spamming thing. I did have a look at the domain reg details, and they don't appear to be Meat's, and I haven't heard him mention them either.

Can I see the email in question by any chance? I know Murray, he works for me & is a very good friend. I also know that the domain in question is his main email addy (and also the name of his band) & I find it very hard to believe that Murray would be stupid enough to use his legit email if he was spamming.

I've had some of my domain names used by spammers, and sometimes a spammer with a grievance will send 100k or so emails to someone. Does the spam tie in with the domain name, and have you checked the originating IPs. It's easy to forge the reply and return addies in the envelope.
