Is there a standard for the difference
between milf and mature
maybe age groups

Milf - 30-40
Mature - 40-60
Granny - 60 to 101

That looks about right. Milf can even be in her 40s too I think no problem. Mature goes all the way to Granny sometimes. It's a judegment call. I change submits all the time to Milf and Mature when needed.

Those are about the age grouping I go by. When it started MILF was supposed to be women old enough to have kids in school (kids 5+) - soccer moms etc.. But nowadays they can be that and still be under 18 !

Saw a show on TV a few weeks ago where the studio audience get to ask questions of that weeks guest. I cannot remember who the guest was, but after a couple of questions about her kid someone in the audience called out "MILF" to her. She had no idea what this meant, and the poor host had to explain.

Oh and I disagree with what Jim said there ("I think a mature woman could be very old and not that attractive.") since "mature" contains a lot of very attractive 40 ish women. For example if I ran a "celeb mature" site Gina Gershon (in her mid 40s) would go in there, but (IMHO) she is the most attractive woman on the planet.

I don't think that there will ever be a true conclusion as it is so subjective. Each is determined by the reviewer's tastes and even age.

My worthless take on this is that Mature is the general all encompassing niche/category, and MILF, Granny, etc. are sub-niches of Mature.

To me MILF implies a very attractive woman (not a girl who happens to have had children) of any age 30+. Raquel Welch is still ultra-hot, even though I believe she's a grandmother now - so she's still a MILF in my eyes.

For once, I tend to agree with venturi. A MILF should remind you of your high school friend's hot mom. Maybe a little younger, but that's why I like the housewife category - a horny housewife could be some chick who figured out she got married too young, and decided to do something about it. Not that I know anything about that.

A MILF needs to look just a wee bit worn around the edges. I think the appeal of the MILF is that she has more life experience than the HH or the babe, but she's still hot.

OK, life experience here. Back in '91 (or was it '90?) during Hurricane Hugo - me and a few other Marines went to a hurricane party in Swansboro, NC and there was this totally hot MILF. She was 52 and I was 26 - double my age.

I'd say a MILF would be 35 and up, since as far as I remember there weren't any of my friends Mom's I wanted to do before 9th grade.... I believe the Term "milf" started in the film "American pie" prior to that there wasn't much if any reference to it.. Since it was high school age kids using it Wouldn't it be more of a term for the age of the viewer, I mean a milf to most of Us could be say ....your wife or your buddies wife with kids...
