I invite the authorities to come visit my house for proper documentation. I have none. So come and arrest me so I get the chance to meet the guys from the ACLU personally.

That way, we might actually get an arrest made where the judge can either throw it out or maybe even get to see the supreme court again say, don't fuck with the internet.

We have been through so much worse. We have been through congress making and passing a law stating an adult verification service must be used on all adult sites. The supreme court threw it out. Then they changed the words and the supreme court threw it out again.

Stop with the fucking doom and gloom again. You are putting people out of business instead of your real intention of lining your pockets.

So to the authorities.. I have no documentation. Come and get me cocksuckers.

I have lots of thing to worry about in my life and on the scale of things this isn't very high on the list.

This whole 2257 thing has me on an emotional roller coaster regarding this business. If the new regs are implemented it just doesn't seem worth it for a newbie like myself to try and scratch a living out of porn. On the other hand I'll be damned if I'm gonna go down without a fight!

Oh trust me Jim, there's a few of us that are right there with you. I fear stubbing my two on the Egptian pyramids more than I fear being arrested due to this current fiasco. It's a crock and we know it. It's politics at work. I'm sure people were nervous when COPA and the original 2257 came to be, but everyone survived. Why are they beefing up 2257? Because Ashcroft had to admit to congress that they had never conducted a single 2257 related investigation. This new turn just makes them look politically interested in the cause.

The thing is that those of us around in 96 went through something real. Something that was passed by congress and something that would shut most of us down. The supreme court...the same guys there now, shot it down. Not once but twice. This was a real thing back then. We had a real fear of being out of business. We made it through unscathed. Since then, fear mongers have tried to sell us a bag of shit from zip code lists to having to pay for 2257 documents.

One question that I always think to my self is this: How the hell can the goverment even begin to watch us all? There are millons of us out there aren't there? Seems crazy to me, so I agree with Jim if they come to arrest me so be it what the hell would I be guilty of??

I too have recently allowed myself to read too much of this bs...and it has had a detrimental effect. I 'almost' didn't have sex with my girlfriend today because I was SO fucking caught up in the 'what ifs'. Oh, yes...I DID say 'almost' :D
