What a wedding...
 

Vickie and I were getting ready to leave and get into my truck. While backing up, I backed up into a curb and a woman with an umbrella, comes up to my window pounding on it. I roll it down and say, if I did hit your car, I only tapped it. Forgot to mention, this woman is crazy and hates Vickie. She looks at me while I am sitting in the truck and says, you two are fucking assholes. I say to her, " you are a cunt". She screams to her son that I called her a cunt and he should do something about it. He sucker punches me through the truck window and the woman starts stabbing Vickie with her umbrella. They end up taking Vickie to the hospital by ambulance. The woman says that I am drunk. So, the cop asks me to blow into the Breathalyzer. Guess what I blow??? 0.00 :) Both the woman and her son were arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon. My glasses were broken and Vickie has a torn cornea, fractured rib and a bruised collar bone. Needless to say that not only are the son and mother spending at least one night in jail but I already called my lawyer and we are suing them.

Fuckers...

That is so unreal. I had Sandy read your post and she gasped. Poor Vickie. You should have run the cocksuckers over, but there is a warm fuzzy feeling when you send someone to jail. I hope you two are ok.

I told the cop, a friend of mine, look at my truck and look at their piece of shit. If I hit their car, I would have totaled it. Our sons wanted to get some boys together and hunt this guy down. While I am being held back in my seat by Vickie, this guy was swinging at her. People that have been to my parties at my house know, I am not afraid of a good fight. :) But, when you are sitting in your truck, wife laying accross your lap and some guy punching while his mother is poking with a golf umbrella, that is another story. The cop tells me, meet me at the police station. I get there and am outside waiting and guess who shows up? The fucking guy that just sucker punched me. I asked him, "are we going to do this again except the right way?" He didn't say a word.

As much as I want to beat this guys ass, I can't do anything if I want his minivan and his mother's house :)

Cleo, It was crazy. Neither Vickie nor myself could believe what was happening. All the woman kept screaming to the cop was, "he is drunk". I did have the last laugh when I blew a 0.00. Not a drink all day :)

I was on the phone with my lawyer the entire time the cops were there just to make sure they knew the law :) Our cops are not the smartest in the world.

And poor Vickie...she can't see out of her right eye, collar bone all swelled and ribs bruised. All frome being stabbed with this umbrella. The worst part was me having to explain what assult with a dangerous weapon was to the cops. My lawyer faxed the laws to the police station...Now that's sad.

Oh yeah...and then the cops told me that the guy punching me through the window was just simple harassment. I asked them, "so if I hunt him down and kick the shit out of him, I would just get harassment?' This is the biggest problem with small town cops...they don't know the laws.

I always say, watch, Nobodys Fool if you want to see what Mohawk Cops are like.

I've found that often cops just make things worse.

If it wasn't for the fact that both of you got hurt it would almost be funny.

Both of you will have to get T-shirts, we went to a gay wedding and got beat up.

Hope Vicky's eye is going to be ok. Having an eye hurt is very painful.

I have a small update
Vickie can't see out of her eye at all. She has 2 bruised ribs and a broken collar bone. She has to wear an eye patch for a couple of weeks. The worse part is...we didn't do a damn thing for this to happen. And, the Mother and Son were so cocky with the cops, they admitted everything. I also found out last night when she was talking to the cops that the guy was actually swinging at Vickie and I got in the way. If Vickie didn't hold me in my truck seat, I would have beat this guy to a bloody stump. I heard through the grapevine that a good friend of ours, Greenie knows him...The Cook Boy, hunted the guy down last night. He spent the night in the hospital. Nothing to do with me :)

All of our kids friends love Vickie. They call her their second mother. Even one of the grooms went to the guys house this morning to kick the shit out of him until he saw how bad off he was after the Cook Boy got done with him :)

I had this happen to me twice in my life and the dam seatbelt always gets in the way. Between the wife and the belt a man never has a chance to defend himself. Sounds like you have some psycho neighbors dude. You might consider a restraining order. That way these people have to leave if you walk into the same place as them.

Doesn’t exactly work like that, the retraining order works both ways, if Jim got a restraining order against this woman and her son, Jim can not show up at places he knows they will be just to make them leave and in most cases if they did show up at the same place it would be a "who was here first" issue on who has to leave.
