Good morning
It always seems to smell different outside after the weekend. Must be the the village trucks that come back to work to remove snow and Christmas decorations :)

I spent yesterday working on both my bike and my wife's bike. Both need to be painted and mine needs new tires. So, I have mine stripped down and wheels off. My wife's...is on the lift :)

Tomorrow is a regular radio show day and we have hopes of getting Farley from AVN back on the air as promised :)

Good Morning All :) We are back from Vegas and now it's back to I got nothing LOL

So, you call this Monday? Bah. My wife has today off and is now she is trying to get me to go do stuff. I don't want to do stuff!

Made the mistake of turning on my ICQ and that Egypt guy wants to talk to me because he thinks that I banned him on GG&Jim. Spamming nimrod.

Anyway, I'm sipping my coffee and deciding what to do first.

The smell of Mondays... yeah, they stink!

Well, being that the holidays are over, it's back to a slightly more normal (but still heavily modified) life schedule. I am leaving in a minute to pick my girlfriend up from school (she goes in the morning to learn french, which is pretty difficult for a chinese person) and then I will be back home to work. Some of my other schedule responsilbities have been removed, so I have more time to do what I should do, and less time for other stuff. It's all good.

Seems all the comments out of Vegas were similar: the parties were good (but mostly private invite deals, few open events) and the show floor and seminars had an oral fixation on donkies. I think seeing the booths and the action in the video show convinced more than a few people that they have missed the boat by not being on the other side. I suspect you will see more and more programs releasing back catalog stuff as branded videos if they can get distribution. If you have never seen the AEE show, you have truly missed where the glamour and where the fans really are.

Anyway, out the door, back in a while, and then back to work... and fishing through PMs and emails at that point.

The strangest fucking thing just happened. The wife yelled up the stairs to ask if I'd like to 'up' our directv package so we'd have Opie and Anthony. Well, fuck yeah! So, I logged on to directv.com, changed the package, and BAM - I've got O&A. I love the fucking internet. (and my wife)

Fuck do I feel like crap. I hate to do it but I'm going to have to do nothing today except relax, go shopping, and go by the tanning beds.

I am still looking for a super small point and shoot camera for juts taking fun pics like to post in my Blog and stuff. The Casio is basically what I want but I really didn't want to spend that much money. Going to go look at cameras this afternoon and I know how I am about wanting the best. My neighbor had one that he said I could have but then he remembered that one of his rent-a-girlfriends has it.

Home again, home again... and back to work. Vegas was fun, but tiring and I think I'm going to curl up somewhere for a nap before the kids get home from school.

It smells like bad spices outside. I live a few miles away from McCormick spices and some days you can really smell some of the awful spices they produce.

good evening all:) finally kids back to school, hubby back to his work, 3 weeks holiday is over and i dont have the flu anymore.......YEAHHHHH i had the house for myself and all i did today was playing poker on the net.....3 weeks with fam .now all so quiet, i have to get used to that again, still i enjoyed the fact my son likes his chopper he got last week for his birthday http://www.stuveltje.com/kevin/kevinbike2.jpg now those bikes are maybe normal for USA people but certainly not for dutchies, so my son is just as proud as a dog with 7 dicks, hey dont ask we use that sentence in holland for someone who is very proud:D

I remember when they demolished the factory they had downtown. Some days, it was great to walk down to the Inner Harbor for lunch or a meeting and smell those spices.

However, the mix of dead fish from the harbor and sugar from the Domino factory when the wind blew the other way certainly wasn't as enjoyable.

I guess I will avoid clubbing because I can't stand shopping which seems to be a next-day activity. :)

Other than that, work work work.

Fuck, fuck, fuck…

Was leaving CompUSA after looking at cameras. As I was accelerating I here a pop and then the exhaust gets really loud. Looks like a weld broke on the exhaust pipe. Car place says it will be about 3 or 4 hours but they should be able to weld it back together. So much for shopping, tanning, and anything else that involves having a car. Fucking POS American car. Should have bought another Toyota instead of a Vette.

If there was enough backpressure to break a weld, I would suspect the catalytic converter is close to needing replacement.

It is after the catalytic converter right before the muffler.

Cleo, sounds like time to ditch the stock exhaust and go with Borla... :)

The sound is lovely and not too much restriction.

I may love owning a Vette but a car is about the last thing that I like to spend money on. I think I'll just go with paying a welder to weld the pipe back into the fitting. The whole exhaust is stainless steel so it isn't like anything was rusted out or anything.

The stock exhaust is way too loud already. Last thing I want to do is put something in louder. OMG was it loud with the muffler disconnected.

I think I'm being told not to buy a new camera. Yesterday as I was getting ready to leave the house an old friend stopped by unexpected. We ended up talking until way after all the stores were closed. Today was try number two at camera shopping and the Vette breaks.
