I know born2blog personally. Born2Blog rents from me and he's new to the industry. I can say without a doubt, he has nothing to do with CuriousToyBoy. It could've been that maybe the title and post tripped off CuriousToyBoys boardtracker and as a result CTB posted? Why should born2blog become banned because of CuriousToyBoy? Didn't anyone stop to ask born2blog about this? Just because CTB followed him around the boards, doesn't mean the two of them are working together to spam CTB's program.

Yes... They openly admitted that Lindsey was spamming everywhere because the boss wanted some results. The problem is, born2blog had nothing to do with this whatsoever. He's not affiliated with CTB or Lion Dollars. He just happened to make a post and Lindsey saw it as an opportunity to agressively promote the program.
Ask Lion Dollars and CTB. They have no idea who born2blog is and this wasn't some scheme CTB & born2blog came up with to spam a sponsor. One person has absolutely nothing to do with the other. Just because you guys don't know born2blog, doesn't mean he is automatically guilty of what you guys have accused him of because CTB saw an opportunity to agressively promote his program. If born2blog would've actually done something to break board rules or anything else that deserves a banning, I wouldn't have said squat. But you are accusing him of working with CTB on some aggressive spam campaign and that is completely false. CTB is responsible for his own actions. Those actions had nothing to do with born2blog. Born2blog did nothing wrong. |
Ok, let's assume that this is legit & that at 11:30 PM on the last day of September, he decided to start collecting info for his webmaster resources for October promotions.
Where is this webmaster recourse site/page & can I see what he's gathered so far? What he had for September's promotions? August? From where I'm sitting & based on the info in front of me, it's a scam (and a poorly planned one at that) |
I spoke with Phoenix. He will explain it to you and verify that born2blog had nothing to do with Lion Dollars and CTB.
I admit that the timing is bad, but there was no plan or scheme to spam Lion Dollars. One person has nothing to do with the other. I don't know anything about the resource page. I will ask born2blog about it and then give you the url for you to review. In all honesty, if I knew born2blog and CTB had something to do with each other, executing some spamming plan, I wouldn't have said squat. They would've deserved to be banned. The only reason I spoke up is because I knew this was not the case. I understand how things look and I don't fault anyone for thinking they worked together on some poorly designed spam campaign. I've been around the boards a long time and know how people pull this crap. It's just that I happen to know this was not the case with born2blog. |

It really looks like CTB screwed born2blog to me. If these are the practices of CuriousToyBoy, he really has no business in marketing for any company. And if this was condoned by Lion Dollars, they have no business in the adult affiliate game at all.
Phoenix, if I were you and Lion Dollars keeps CuriousToyBoy on as a marketing person, I would seriously look into working for a different company. |

Truthfully i dont know who born2blog is...I was contacted by Panky earlier to help him clear his name. Liondollars is not aware of anything that goes on in regards to board promotion. I doubt the owners have ever read a board to be honest. I will make sure we clean up our act and learn to play nice in this ever so small sandbox. :) |
Fine. born2blog is no longer banned, but I still think this whole thing smells of bullshit.

born2blog...Greenie is still a little on the fence about it but I truly believe you were just screwed by CTB. So, make sure you stick around and prove me right and more importantly, him wrong :)

I'm leaning more towards the side of the fence that born2blog did nothing wrong, but you have to admit, based on what we saw here & on other boards, it looks like a brilliant spam scam :D
