Crazy Multi Submits

Any proof to all this? Something to back it up?

Anyone can post a list of URL's - what makes you think these are all the same person?

Identical network IP of the domain
Example:
70.87.104.168
70.87.104.170
and more + Identical shit design + All submits one after another

All e-mail will consist from Name @ domain.com
Example:
Phil@bjgalleries.net
Hugh@cum-blowjobs.com

Any more?

Yep 80+ submits in the last 24 hours (I quit counting)...all have the same nameservers and submitted thru proxy ip's....seems quite a few of them have the names eric or sven in the whois....

Today Im banned ~ 150 domains

It's our buddies Sven and Erik at it again. Swamped here as well. |angry|

Yup thats the same fucker. I deleted over 400 subs from that bunch today alone.

I don't know which scipt you use but if you can find a mod to make life harder on autosubmitters this guy goes away fast. I haven't seen a submit from him since I made a few changes to my script. |headbang|

Just remember - any moron can post a list with no proof - and other morons will accept that at truth. We ask for people to post as much proof/info as possible so that there's little or no doubt as to the allegations.

Not a single one here. This guy/group is/are following the path of least resistance.

I always wonder what the purpose is of doing this.
I don't think there are any link lists who list their sites, so what is the point |confused|

well this thread will keep me busy when i have the time to get back on the net, it also eminds me to get some more tubes with asprine:(

all those links here posted are not the only one, one of the linksite i review got hit by those submiters 3 days ago, my friend who did the reviews freaked out, more then 300 extra submits a day, i blocked all those domains posted here, still a huge bunch of those morons are getting thru, i blocked them now on ip

and again yeah you can check their whois and all, but keep in mind look the way they submit, its easy to find out, well you can when you have a different set up with your ll, i mean the way you have the categories, and i surely know i have to change the way i sett up the categories at stuveltjes porn, it will save me alot of time:)

Has anyone found a blacklist or IP block that will cut these down? Our submission queue is backed up as hell.

I wish! I'm about to throw in the towel on one of my link lists that keeps getting hit. I don't have time for this crap. HC-Majick is thankfully trying to help me add an image verification thing so maybe that'll help. |confused|

Jay - I just add them to my LL's blacklist and they probably keep submitting although I never see the submits - they just go straight to the trashcan - just have to add them once

With your software you guys could always get one of the majors to add the domains to the central BL and have your copy of link admin use that if you dont already?

In case you didn't see the thread, I have a configurable image verification script for sale that you can set up in 5 minutes (I'll even set it up for you). That'll take care of the spam, if that's what you want.

Hey MightyMidget, I read your thread and would love to use that image verification thing but I'm banging heads with my host right now about why I can't get anything like image verification to work on my link lists. I'm rapidly loosing patience but hopefully all will be well soon.

I added a simple math question to my submit some time back, it stopped so much crap. These people have to be using some type of automation to be able to submit that many, that quick. Just one little add-on to stop them, something that bots can't slurp up. I know I've read where some bots can read images.

Course I don't know what scripts every one is using, so maybe it's not an option.

i closed one submit page of a linksite i review for because of them, even i blocked all those domains posted here, still more then 100 new submits came thru after i closed the submit page, so now its easy for me to block them on ip and domain, i can tell you, those people are from hell:D

Same experience as stuveltje here. After getting flooded with crap multi-submits, I took down my form. Still they kept coming. I gotta look into some sort of verification method.

I kept on blacklisting the domains and after a couple of 100 I no longer get submissions from these basterds.

after i had closed the submit page, i blacklisted everyone on ip, domain and email who still managed to submit and that worked, submissions are normal again:)

my reviewers had suffered a massive sub spam from this jerk |crazy| but after I've banned about 120 of his domains, I deleted his sites from submission queue with one simple button |loony|

Just curious here, they get banned simply for multi-submitting, right? If they had the sense to actually submit one a day (or more if a certain LL allows for it), they could have gotten all of these FS listed?

I just don't get it. Hard to imagine any single person producing 100 FS a day - I had a look and they actually have some text there, so it's not like it's 100% automated. Why don't they just build and submit at a regular pace like the rest of us?

They submit to promote their domains and sale them asap. One of the possible reasons for ban in a "this domain is for sale" text at the top of every domain of the moron :)

Does anyone have some kind of add-on for XPL (x power links) to block all these submits?

And maybe more importantly... anyone have a way to bulk delete from the submitions list by criterias of some sorts? Hate having to click for each submit.
