First thing that sticks out to me is that they claim to take annual revenue and triple it to come up with a price. The next obvious thing is that it sold for a Billion dollars.

If my "little birdy" is correct the AFF deal actually occured about six months ago, so adjust your analysis of the timing accordingly.
