It's looking like a bunch of rain today and tonight. And then, a little snow tomorrow. Christmas is going strong here and I hardly get a minute away from the kitchen. :)

I really miss the snow. Only around 70 F right now but should be a high of 80 damn degrees here today. Trying to get in the spirit, but the temps keep telling me it's still summertime.

I hope everyone who celebrates Festivus today already has their aluminum pole in place and is ready for the Airing of Grievances at dinner and the Feats of Strength later.

Good Morning. Hope Toby brought his brass monkey in last night. It's 28 here in Livingston this morning which is unusually cold for this area.

DHL delivered my new headset yesterday and I spent about an hour setting up skype and talking to FanTC testing it out. The sound quality is unreal on both the headset and skype. Looks like I found something new to waste time with. :D

Lot's of unproductive menial tasks to try and get done today. So tomorrow and Tuesday we can be out at the cabin. I'm still deciding if I should take my computer out there.

Another early start of the day due to Christine doing some volunteer work today. I think she is feeding children to the homeless or something.

It's that time again inn the neighborhood so I'm going into the backyard today and killing some foliage to put out curbside for bulk trash day tomorrow.

Well my 2 worst nightmares (in recent history) have come true. 1) a one-of-a-kind hand crafted piece of jewelry hasn't arrived yet. Luckily I put insurance and tracking on it tho the tracking for USPS is really *clears throat* useless. 2) I have to go to *choke, cough* Wal*mart today as it seems they are the only ones who have this particular George Jones CD in stock and RugDawg's Da wants it. |banghead|

After a quick stop at the grocery store, I'll won't be leaving again until the morning of the 25th so we can have breakfast then hit the movies. Saw "Sweeney Todd" on friday night and "Walk Hard" yesterday.

Try to have a GREAT day and if you don't..there is another opportunity tomorrow!!

It's a very gray looking day here. Apparently it plans to rain today, then drop below freezing tonight. That means I'll be living on an ice rink. Oh joy.

This is one of those days when I could happily lay in bed sipping cocoa and watching movies all day long, but the wife is urging me to go out and get a gift for my parents. My father always wants tools which I cannot afford. My mother, well, who the hell knows? We usually end up getting her some sort of candle-thingy. Perhaps I'll go to the mall and buy myself something nice. ;)

The brass monkey did indeed get put inside last night. Dawg wanted out baaaad this morning... I let him out, he did his business, then came right back in. He usually spend 10-15 minutes patrolling the perimeter before coming back in the house.

Afternoon all. Just got back from Corona Del Mar. Was quite hung over this morning and am just about out of the woods. :) Going to spend the rest of the day/night eating cookies that my lady is going to bake and watching the tv box. Tomorrow going to run and do a tiny bit of shopping before seeing the Chargers last home game against Broncos. Can't wait. Happy eve eve. |cheers|

I can think of only one. I was a horribly cute baby (with a HUGE head), but our house burned down when I was two and most everything was lost. Apparently my beauty was not able to keep the fire at bay. Of course, there's always the possibility that my parents danced around our burning Civil War era home while tossing photos of me into the fire, chanting "burn little piggy, burn."

It's christmas eve here - mon the 24th!
