It's good to have the season over :)
Getting back to work and real life seems a little tough today. :)

It's just starting! For the next week I'll be AFK most of the time. Going to parties that are held all over the place getting slowly towards New Years Eve. :)

Survived another stick a dead tree in the house time of year.

Christine has the next two weeks off so we are planning on doing some fun things over the next few weeks. We want to go kayaking and maybe sailing too in Biscayne Nation Park and go down to Monkey Jungle along with a few other things.

Lots to do today. Drop off Christine's Toyota to have the brakes fixed, do the gym, get some kayaking gloves, go by the Apple store and get some iPhone accessors, and somehow get some work done too.

Nice to see traffic picking back up to near normal this morning. Not sure if the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day drop was bigger than usual this year, or if I was just more aware of it.

I'm in Movie Overload... Went to Charlie Wilson's War--Not bad but really brings to light how very inept we are at cleaning up what we start-- The Waterhorse--Not bad but very slow in the middle comes to a rushing but predictable conclusion--and Sweeney Todd--If you love Tim Burton movies, you'll love this. And finally I Am Legend--far and above my favorite of the 4. Maybe it was the IMAX or maybe because i just saw The Stand on SciFi again..but really I think that it might be possible that makes this such a compelling film. We had Orleans Buffet in between then afterwards went to a caribbean party in RugDawg's godfather's club.

I'm Exhausted.

and actually today we are going to the Palms for football picks.. and going to try to see AVP-2. Not sure I can sit through the whole thing. Too many slimey fluids.

Excellent dinner with friends last night and a slow start this morning. Still up early and bike ride done already, but not in much of a rush to dive back into work yet.

Oh I thought we have Christmas Eve then Dec 25 and 26 as Christmas. Here we do, trust me. And people usually don't work to January 02. Winter vacation. My sis was cooking something special today I could eat as well, it takes 2-3 days to prepare, I was loving it, she won't even eat it.. I am on fluids most of the time for the past 2 years.

Well, I'm glad that's over. Or mostly over. We gave our daughter her own PC for Xmas and it already needs a graphics card upgrade. Who'd have guessed that Thrillville would require no less than a 64MB graphics card? I suppose that's why the system requirements are printed clearly on the box. Doh!

I'm told that I need to take the kids sledding today. I wonder if I'd get in trouble if I sat quietly on the hillside with a 12 pack of Bass while the wonder kids go whipping down the sheet of ice that surely covers it?

Happy Hump Day all..hopefully anyone who celebrated recovered nicely. I know I was able to steal a nap mid-day after 2 days of cooking for family and putting together baby alive chairs and reading a walk-through for ManHunt 2 - Xbox360 is firing on all cylinders the PS2 is getting lonely ...getting back in the swing today hope to be fully engaged by this time tomorrow.
