Oh well.. its a work day I guess.

Wanted to find out what it was like to rent a HD movie on the AppleTV from iTunes so rented Lars and the Real Girl. Quality of the movie was very good but it did take a very long time for enough of the movie to download before we could start watching it and then twenty minutes from the end of the movie it stopped playing and we had to wait around fifteen minutes for enough of the movie to download before it started playing again. We watched Tank Girl while wanting for Lars and the Real Girl to download so watching a movie about a delusional man in love with a rubber love doll somehow seemed normal.

Still have a touch of this Cold so just going to be taking it easy today and working at home.

I'm one of those odd people that actually really likes Tank Girl and have watched it about a dozen times which is why it is on my AppleTV's drive.

We watched the movies with another couple and us two herbalist |potleaf| thought Tank Girl was far more amusing then the love doll movie but the non herbalist liked the love doll movie better.

Personally I found the love doll movie slow and rather boring.

Happy Monday all. Some BS errands today one of them being renewing my license..Im going to do all I can not to have to go to DMV. Looks like its going to be a nice day but Ive got stuff that needs to be done so maybe I'll enjoy it another day LOL

That person who said "You can't go home again" must have been one of my relatives. It was very surreal being back in 'Bama after 10 years of being gone. But it is a very pretty state and has come a long way, baby since Obama won the Demo-Primary there. |thumb Although Huntsville is like being in a completely different state--north of the Mason-Dixon.

Even though I'm on Vacation.. I'm doing payroll today.. then having dinner with my ex tonight who just got divorced from wifey #3.

We leave tomorrow night for DC. did I ever mention someone should bring train travel back to being "chic"??

Yesterday was a super productive day for me until a lightning strike knocked the power out
Rewrote my todo list and now I'm feeling way way behind because it looks like at least a months worth the work

Slept funny two nights ago and it wrecked my shoulder. Got progressively worse yesterday so I'm still nursing a sore shoulder today.

Looks to be a cloudy day with rain off and on. A friend talked about going up to Bahia Honda park today, but the weather is going to make this a work day so I'll play hooky later this week.

Late start today, but I hope to be a productive one.
Looks like it might rain today, so the plans for spraying for bugs and weeds is on hold, and it is supposed to rain for the next couple of days. At least that what they say, but the weather man is wrong 80% of the time.

a day of benchmarking for me. 16 combinations with one solution, 3-4 different solution approaches, 18 minutes per test run, yes, its going to be a fun day. Then, its the seat of the pants test -- the only true benchmark around.

Today was the first day of demolition stuff after almost a month of online working. Since we started a day earlier than most construction companies we were stuck at 10 AM and had to go home. Since I'm still a bit wrecked up from the weekend I choose the couch to watch 2 movies "House Of Wax" and some Flemish movie.
Ah well, time for some computer stuff now :)

Morning all. Just got back from the dentist, thought I had cracked a crown Saturday night on a popcorn kernel, but I didn't. |bananna| Unfortunately, I waited to long and have to go in for the cleaning from hell next week, and get 3 cavities filled. |angry|

I'm really glad my friend is working at this dentist office. My old dentist, it would have cost me $1000 to get the deep cleaning, at the new one, only 384. That is a REALLY big difference.

Other than that, need to get some work done, and get some sales to pay for all the dental bills coming up, lol. Have a good one all.

Today is a really really fucking rough day and this week will probably be the week from hell. Both me and the old lady decided to quit using tobacco products. Saturday we both agreed that what we had that was is and we weren't going to buy anymore. She ran out of her cigarettes Saturday night and I ran out of Skoal yesterday afternoon. I've quit smoking before and that was tough, but I've never quit "chawing" before and I actually think this is gonna be a little tougher than cigarattes. I think I'm about to go buy a case of gum and drink 3 gallons of coffee.

yea no kidding. Happy to have a family friend that is a dentist too as I have the same issues of getting deep cleaning and saves me a bundle as well.

We got orange tornado and storm warning/alert on, it' getting closer and closer I am hearing the thunderstorm, seeing the lightnings and a few drops of rain already.. about time so I can sleep better :) My bedroom is the hottest room of the house. I wanted to play with a new themes but it can wait... just a quick update then we will see.
