Good morning! I've always thought of Labour Day as being the new year (and not January 1). Guess it is just the kid in me. So today I am planning and organizing my stuff (personally and professionally) to get off to a better start next month.

Last day of the fair being in town, usually the partying goes on until about 9 AM tomorrow morning, I've made it that far the last couple of years, curious if I'll make it this year :)
Going to watch myself a movie to prepare for tonight's festivities.

Overcast and looking like rain but Fay has come and gone.

Finally got power back yesterday evening. Even got the very friendly electric crew to try to fix the street light on my property that has been broken for a very long time. They changed its bulb but it needs a new sensor too so it is still blinking on and off all night.

Got a lot of work done yesterday, aren't generators wonderful, so taking a bit of time for myself today, hitting the gym and then maybe the mall.

After 2 days of feeling like complete shit, I'm starting to feel normal again. I guess I got a good night's sleep :)

I really have to start packing for our trip to Orlando - and I need to find some clothing that fits as my gut keep growing & none of my shorts want to button |pokefun||greenguy|

The Fonz is Bronzed I visited Fonztown in tribute.

Putting the finishing touches on some code and shuffling a few databases, then, on to the next step.

Northern Florida looks to be in Fay's path, but, the forecaster's have yet to really accurately predict this storm. :)

You know, I was reading an article on Web 1.2 & this guy was talking about something called "thumbs" I guess that you can make a smaller version of the original picture & then link it to the picture. This was, people with monitors set at 1600x1200 will not have a 400 pixel scroll on the right hand side.

Web 1.3 sounds interesting. From what I can gather, web sites will be able to "pop up" interesting s to see!

Just popping in to see if anything is happening with you all who have internet. Huge thunderstorm Monday knocked out my internet and let's just say that Rogers are idiots since they finally got by my place today to run all new lines but they decided to change my modem too (which was unplugged during the storm therefore not needing to be changed) and now the new modem is not "registering" with them so their own internal networking systems people have to input the serial of this new modem. Needless to say when one of those idiots opens that internal ticket and enters the serial I'll be back up.

Well, happy hump day all. Seems Ramster needs a kick in the balls.might be less hasle than deaing with the teh BS that comes from above LOL

Im back from my whirlwind tour well not really butit felt that way. Glad to see everyone made it through the rain and wind.

Back to it all tomorrow. Cannot wait..seriously.
