Epass Replacment

western union has a setup similar to epassport

if sponsors started offering this as payment
it looks like it could be even better then epass

ponyman 2010-10-13 04:18 PM

What about this Payoneer I keep reading about? Noticed FuckYouCash made an announcement they are going to offer payouts using Payoneer within the next 2 months.

petergg2 2010-10-13 05:56 PM

I saw some offer paxum, I have singup for them on one sponsor, maybe they good to collect small payment's ;)

but that I will know after about few weeks (need get some payment, then apply for ccard and wait they come by post to me ;) and then check it work :) )

Tommy that Western Union card looks good
WU prepaid card - pricing & fees
Now we need few sponsors to offer this option and maybe others will follow.

Ms Naughty 2010-10-13 11:03 PM

Damn. Payoneer looked good until I saw the fees. Might as well just stump up the $10 for an international check and be done with it.

Western Union is a big name... well they let us dirty pornographers use it?

WOW. That is a LOT of fees. I won' be using them ever!!

Tommy 2010-10-14 08:54 AM

the reason i liked western union is that its a huge system .. Millions of people use it

I also know the western union card is used by a lot of escorts

tickler 2010-10-14 10:05 AM

O'm curious how any of them handle the $1000 lifetime max load on debit cards with the new Card Act. |crazy|

terry 2010-10-14 10:26 AM

Payoneer should be ashamed of themselves with fees like that.

Charlie 2010-10-14 11:18 AM

It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't charge two monthly fees for nothing. You could end up owing if you only use them for one fleeting sponsor that rarely converts.

I emailed them to find out if this is true before I activate my card.

Payoneer I'm talking about

ponyman 2010-10-14 02:58 PM

Checked out Paxum as well, they charge $45/ year for the card. Payoneer is only $12.95 once. But getting a $2 charge for every load is dumb.

Don't they also charge 2 monthly payments for min maint.? I'm waiting to hear back from them cause the card is in my hand and I'm ready to activate, but payments for doing nothing even the banks don't do any longer.

All the others they can justify so to speak I guess.

Justify? I don't think so.
The monthly account maintenance is BS like you said
$3.15 just to do a withdrawal at an ATM? Epassporte was $2.00.
$2.00 per load? I assume that means when you receive money/payments? That blows!
ATM withdrawal Decline $1.00 Per Trx When withdrawal request is declined... really?

This is a nice one. "Purchase Transaction Free" 3% above the market rate. So they charge you to make a purchase AND it's above market rate... nice.

They are a rip off.

A sponsor sends me $150 but I only get $148 due to their $2,00 load fee. Then i go to the ATM and take out $140 and they deduct $143.15 from my account. I'm out $5, that'll add it over time.

terry 2010-10-14 08:03 PM

Im with Ramster on this one.

pc 2010-10-14 08:28 PM

I'm curious if everybody sees the same pricing, or they can change/ them on individual basis. Prices/Fees I see (posted here) are just CRAZY |crazy|
I also applied for their card , but now I don't think it's such a good idea.

Westpac now do 4 cheques for $20 (same country) |bananna||bananna|

Really? Will have to look into that. Is it standard for them or do I need to do something to wrangle it?

Looked at Paxum, fees are better:
https://www.paxum.com/payment/fees.p...iews/fees.xsl&

Vivaldi 2010-10-15 06:27 AM

With low fees that epass had I'm not sure anyone else would become dear to us :-)
It's good to have an alternative though that can (maybe) replace epass but the only thing that matters here is will the sponsors use it and witch one will it be!?
I mean what good are paxum's better fees if a fewer sponsors than payoneer use them?! Same with WesternUnion I'd love to use them but they need to jump in the game ... till them nothing.

RedCherry 2010-10-15 01:02 PM

I signed up for Payoneer through adult-empire, and my Card activation fee is less, only U.S. $9.95

And yea, they charge a load fee still, and monthly maintenance, but the cost is zero for purchases, what is what I plan to do with it.

Western Union would be cool, I'll drop a note on the AE board, and see if the owners will consider it.

I went to their fee page, to see how much they cost, and the only two countries they let you check on the cost to send money was US and Canada. Do they allow sponsors in other countries to send money?

Toby 2010-10-15 01:59 PM

I haven't yet looked at the fees, but I've seen a few large sponsors adding I-Payout as a payment option, and the available features seem to exceed what Payoneer, Paxum, et al are offering.

RedCherry 2010-10-15 02:58 PM

What sucks is everyone used epass, now we are going to end up with a bunch of different payout methods. I have a few out of country sponsors that have to do something other than check, and unless they all choose the same thing, it will be a bitch. And I don't make enough to get wires or ACH.

spookyx 2010-10-15 04:51 PM

The adult company I work for uses this to pay with https://www.ikobo.com/

-efreet- 2010-10-15 10:45 PM

http://wmtransfer.com/
http://traffic.alexa.com/graph?&w=40...passporte.com&

15-10-2010: 307943 transactions, lol

http://ecoin.cc
http://traffic.alexa.com/graph?&w=40...passporte.com&

looks like http://ecoin.cc is a cheapest fees in the net. Free internal transfers, 1.5$ ATM withdraw, and awesome limits! (4000$ daily)

So, why to not use this systems, why you need paxum, payoneer etc..
There is a tons of alternatives

We just moved to Westpac - I went in and the bloke said $10 per cheque, I told him that was shit because St George do 3 for $16 and he said, hold on I'll check and came back with 4 for $20 - so maybe try that line and see how it goes :)

nekrom 2010-10-16 02:16 AM

Westpac also do $10 wires too.

Ms Naughty 2010-10-16 08:27 PM

Thanks Dunc and Nekrom, might have to pay Westpac a visit.

As far as the monthly charges for Payoneer goes, here's what I got back when inquiring about it. Not sure if this means to keep your account empty if you don't want the charge or not

Reference number: LTK145025501182X

Dear Charles,

Thank you for contacting us.
Payoneer charges one monthly fee every month ( if card had balance over zero during this month)
Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Ah... everyone wants to bite as much as he can after ePassporte end but I don't understand why sponsors bet on services that are brand new and uncertain.

Phooq 2010-10-26 05:22 AM

I have a biased opinion on this, although when you take it that Paxum have been the fastest growing, already signed up Topbucks, DeeCash group and over 80 other sponsors plus another 20+ products such as web hosting etc, then those results speak for themselves. This has all be done in around 3 weeks and there are more big sponsors "in the back office" ready to be revealed very soon

Yes I believe Paxum are already on their way to being the perfect Epass replacement.

Charlie 2010-10-26 07:21 AM

Does anyone know how to use this paxum account? I mean do you need their mastercard or can you withdraw straight to your bank account like you could with epass?

You don't need the prepaid card in order to use your account. You can withdraw your funds through both wire and check options. We also offer P2P transfers.

We have no monthly maintenance fees, no setup fees, and our P2P fees are just $0.25 per transaction. Our limits are generous, and the prepaid card allows you to withdraw up to $2,500 USD daily.

We have a long list of sponsor programs already offering payouts through Paxum, and there are even some sponsors out there who are willing to pay your card activation fee.

I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have, so please don't hesitate to get in touch!

Thanks I may be in touch. I'm already signed up so that I can try and get my Dee Cash network accounts merged but if things work out with that I might use some other sponsors too.

No big deal with setting up to direct straight to a US Bank Account from within account admin area I take it.

Nope, it's easy to have the funds wired or sent via check to your Bank account. |thumb

It might be worthwhile to list the sponsors who are doing that. I don't need another card, but I might use it if there was no activation fee.

I just ran into my first problem and sent you an email concerning it but thought I'd ask here in case anyone else is having it.

What do you use as account name when using paxum for payment option. Is it your nickname, checking account number, email sign in or something else?

I mean when choosing it in the affiliate area of a sponsor site as the payout method

Thanks

pc 2010-10-27 11:48 AM

I just sign-up for PAXUM mainly because my few favorite sponsors offers PAXUM as payment option. So far so good. Much better than Payoneer.
