I thought we might be able to try something new. We all build & create porn sites for a living, but rarely do we share or show examples of what we're doing, especially on a daily basis.

So, if you feel safe in sharing your Top Secret projects, why not stop by this thread every so often & post links to what you're working on or have recently completed.

I know I'd find it helpful to get feedback on my sites/pages as well as see what everyone is up to because, well, I'm nosy :D

Yesterday (or the day before - who knows - they all blur together lol) I finished up 16 Reverse Interracial Free Sites. That link goes to the hub for all of them - and the hubs I build usually bypass the warning page, since I do technically have a warning on the hub page :D

Yesterday, I completed building a hub & 12 free sites promoting Interracial Big Butt Videos using AEBN's Premium Galleries as the gallery pages for the Free Sites. They have 5700+ straight & 2800+ gay hosted movie galleries - and they are SO damn easy to use. If you need any tops, just LMK |shake|

I have been catching up a todo list going back over a year but mostly updating my hub network. Each one updates daily with pics, galleries and freesites. These are the last three updated:

Toby, I added in those galleries to ETN and my randomly rotating link dump sites. Next to nothing for fetish traffic at ETN but an extra couple of hits from there and the dump lists can't hurt.

I used to update http://www.howling-wulf.com/ with my stuff and stats but haven't touched it all year. :(

Basically just submitting TGP galleries and updating blogs, but with the major TGPs becoming tubes and the Google Penguin update things have really started going downhill.

I turned my GFS Free link list that only I and Jeremy82 submitted to to a Sex Key site yesterday. Kept the link list on the domain, and except for the index which moved to this page, all the category pages are the same urls as before.

I also have been working on new templates for free sites promoting my Free Live Cams site on redcherry. (and I made a new graphic for it) The first is Big Boobs on Cam the new one I'll submit today, Cutie in Lingerie.

Greenie, I'm in awe of your hubs. |bow| I think because I create free sites one at a time, I've never built any (not like you who do batches).

And I'm looking to make more money, I'd like to know which AEBN niches do well, I'll build up a batch (maybe something you are not working on, so that we get submits in different niches).

My big project for today is get Jim's latest 3D models he created ready to submit to renderotica for sale. He's made what we will deem "Horror Hoods" that go over the M4 character and make him look pretty scary. When I get some promo pics done today, I'll post them up. This is so true it makes me want to |cry|. Our income has dropped 50% since the penguin update, and we can't afford to have it drop any more, so I like this thread, any ideas on new stuff to push or do, or comments on how I can make my stuff better to get more sales is appreciated.

My income is crap this days but my traffic is way up so I'm not sure I can blame it on the penguin update.

Hot Porn For Women used to get 4 - 5k a day from g00gle, now I'm lucky to get 200. That really hurt my conversions.

I added those into my dump database. 6 sites randomly pull from it at this time. Very minimal traffic but extra hits can't hurt.

Not necessary at all. Dump was created to have mostly 1 way links to stuff and random hits, but thanks for the offer.

I think that hubs and good interlinking may be very good for the domain & free sites on it. Actually, everything what makes surfer to be active and stay is perfect |jester| Today I've added 5 new free sites to my thai girls hub.

I was inspired by Greenie's bottom banners, so I've added similar ads to all the freesites on above mentioned domain and fetish free sites on www.fetishroot.com |thumb

While I do understand what you're saying, that's actually a bad way of thinking. You really want them to leave via a sponsor/affiliate link - and there's a fine line between that & trying to make the page/site so that the SE's like it. That's why I try to "hide" some internal links so that the SE's easily "see" them, but the surfer just scrolls past them :)

I am still cleaning up from converting Hot N Dirty and the other link lists over to TGPx. I think I have all the older sites listed, now I am just going back and filling in the shorter categories with galleries and sites. I have launched a new list - Foxy Paradise - along with a pin-up girl type blog called The Fox Hunt. I am finding that I have a lot more time to create than I did before TGPx, so this is good all around. I've been back to building for a while now ... and trying to find the time to submit every day. I don't always make that... Sigh.

My husband watches over my shoulder a lot, and he commented on how much more the content stood out on the old school simple sites we used to do. I have to agree with him in a lot of ways. With all the flashy graphics on the newer galleries and sites, it is hard to see the images or even the sales pitch. So, I am building a few old school galleries along with pic and video posts just to mix things up for the link lists. I also did a BBW pic post leading into a single video .. Other than that, getting ready to snuggle in for the winter. It's been hovering just above freezing for a good 2 weeks now and snow is not far off.

Just redid one of the dump pages, all 6 pretty much look exactly the same as this but with different listings. Each one pulls it's own random set from the database.

@PC, I never ever worry. I know one way links also help a lot and you do have Hot N Dirty linked in a lot of creative places. I think the great thing here is a lot of us are still actively working and upgrading what we have instead of just walking away.

I'm working on a complete overhaul of things. I really need to build a better foundation. I'm slow on it as from before I always told myself while getting it going that I would fix things later. That hasn't happened.

I envision something where I can have my main site still be a master site full of content. Then have another program/app that I can easily deploy hubs based on whatever I want. With more of a master console to control a lot of this. I've gotten pretty good with Django while working on some mainstream projects. Using this I can build out just "apps" that I can plug into my master app. So I can then pick out parts for the sites I'm building.

The main thing will be having all the content living in the same place so it's all pulled from the same place. This will allow for rapid deployment. I think with something like this over time I can really put a dent in things again. This will allow me to work smarter. Scale ideas that work faster to capitalize. I need to be able to spot trends and act faster.

Then I need to also write my linking software that tracks clicks. To start this should be pretty straight forward.

I'm coming out of a haze in my adult projects. I've had so many mainstream ones take off it's been hard to motivate. However, I know it's something I still have a shot at still making good money. I also believe once I get the horse running a lot of things I can begin to pay people to do. Basically just use the programs I've put together.

I'm just rambling I guess. That's where I'm at right now.

Girlfriend site www.bluegirlfriends.com is bit more about surfer's engagement than clicking on ads. But positive thing is that it got PR2 and all category pages PR1 (although it is much younger than my other - not so successfull - sites). The positive thing is that things can be only better - 1-3 sign-ups per month will make this project successfull (as I'm able to manage at least 10 such sites at the same time) ...

I was really, really lucky to be one of the first people to buy site depth, and got an unlimited domain license for it. It powers all my AVS and pay sites for content. |thumb Doesn't help with the free sites, but it helps big time keeping my pay sites updated.

Do you just hand code all of that, or are you using a script to build it? I do like it as a hub, it looks like a thumbs tgp, and I know a lot of them end up ranking near the top for whatever se terms they go for.

I hand coded all of it. Now when I have all templates up it's no pain work.

The 1st one usually takes me a good 2-3 hours, but after that, it takes about 15 minutes to change the title & description, save & crop new thumbs, swap out the gallery links & edit the enter link URL. Search & Replace is a VERY useful tool :)

Do you just dive in and try 18 in a niche, without knowing if it will convert? For instance, this is the first time I've built a site for AEBN, let alone for this niche, or do you only start hubbing out sites after you know you can convert it?

Usually not that many, but I do pretty much just dive in with a new sponsor. For stuff I know I can convert, like the free 15 mins om AEBN, I will build as much as I can.

In my case new sponsors often converts 0,02 and better within first 5 - 10 K clicks but then the situation goes worse (sometimes dramatically worse)... So fresh stuff has its glamour |thumb

I made my first $100 sale from PussyCash in 2 years last period so I created 2 new freesite templates that go with their hosted galleries today. One for Asian and one for BBW.
