This site was rejected for "misleading links" but for the life of me I can't figure out what's misleading.

It's probably the picture on your warning page that's linked to a sponsor..

That'd be my bet too.

Also, you have a lot of movies on there for a free site - I'd split up those 6 gallery pages into 3 sets of 2 & then make 3 free sites total :)

Do you know that your wmv files are wide open to being hotlinked?

What's the best solution to the hotlinking issue?

Use mpg files as they can be protected just like jpg and gif files using htaccess.

There is nothing you can do to protect wmv files against hotlinking other then to install a script that writes cookies and needs javascript installed in your pages all of which will basically prevent you from getting listed at all.
