I do too. No account needed, seeing as I get so few submits :(
|
Wouldn't mind if some more LL's that accept blogs post here :)
|
I do accept them, but they must be regularly updated. Far too many get set up and then never update again.

Galleries, on the other hand are single pages. From the Link list, your visitor has just one single click to get to what he wants. There are LLs around that do list freesites, but as to making a list, we do like to leave something to the webmasters. In my network, I have 1 general link list and one niche link list that accept just about everything. The rest - some 14 sites - are galleries only. |

Usually it's 3 to 5 recip links and 2 to sponsor. Check each place rules before you submit. |
Yep, PC is right on the money there. Most of us use the same rules as Greenguy - 5 other link lists maximum Most of it is for the visitor. You don't want them to hit your site and be confused by some 20 different recips. They may well click off of yours before they even see what you are offering.
I would decline with 20 recips on the gallery. |
Ok, just thought stuff had updated in the last 15 years or so ;) when I did free sites and galleries in '99 early 2000's I could see why it was all about the traffic, now days it should be more about content quality and a link for seo. Your sites though so your rules :)
For me it makes more sense to get more links to a gallery so i can try and seo target some longtail keywords with each gallery, that will be hard with 3-4 recips since the link power I get to that gallery will not be enough. It is what it is I guess ;) |
To make life easier, you could use simple php-script to call a txt-file with the recip-code. That's clever for more than one reason, since if a site you submit to dies, you just remove it in the text-file and then the site is gone from all your galleries. :)
I don't submit to that many places, so I have the recips-code stored in two different txt-files. Jolly |
