What Are Good Conversion & Retention Ratios These Days?
It's been so long since I had stats worth looking at...
What's a good conversion (Joins:Hits) ratio these days? 1:300? 1:500? 1:1000? What's a good retention rate (member rebills 1+ times)? 25%? 30%? 40%? I'm running numbers for POV Porn Cash's sites & was wondering (I'll publish them later for anyone that cares, which I know is none of you) |
I know there's only 6 of us here these days, but no replies?

My niche is Japanese Av. My best is under 1:60 and worst is 1:266.
I promote sites making high quality unique content in English and Japanese by people who follow the consumers desire. Lots of content I see coming from the west look old and dated. Customers have moved on, imho. |
All depends on your traffic. If you have sites that have been online for a decade, conversions will be low due to returning customers typing in and joining right away.
I know your sites are newer so I would say if you're 1:300 that is good. 1:500, decent too. Again, depending on the traffic sources. I manage some big sites doing 1000s of joins a month, the ratios this month are 1:294, 1:170 but the sites have been online a decade +. Another good way to gauge is to search sales by Affiliate and check their ratios and if you see a really bad one, 1:1000 or over or bad compared to the other affiliates, check why and the traffic sourse. |
