Congrats. However one question comes to mind:

If you win something like an Oscar or Grammy you would put it where everyone can see it. But what about an AVN award? Are you going to display it where all your visitors will see it, or are you going to hide it away because you have some friends you don't want to know that you are an "award winning pornographer"?

Nobody ever sent me an award for any of my sites per se, but one of my fetish sites back in the day did catch the eye of the people behind True Blood (the series), and they actually sent me a collector sample of actual True Blood (the beverage). It arrived in a little black velvet satchel thingy and everything. I posted about it on the boards but no other webmaster seems to have gotten one so... I feel a little special. :D

But damn, a bonified AVN award. I'd have to hide it, but still pretty cool. I too had a few of my old (OLD!) sites listed on your site back in the day so am living a little vicariously through you right now.

That arrived about 5 years ago or so, give or take, thereabouts.

I still have it, on a shelf in my living room, still in that neat little black velvet satchel, sitting in front of a mirror.

I seriously had no idea it was coming, and was absolutely out of my mind with giddyness when I opened up the 'mystery box' the UPS guy delivered and found out what it was, and who sent it.

So is an AVN award. It's the equivlent in our business of like winning an Oscar for cryin' out loud.

Thinking of all the thousands upon thousands of webmasters, pornstars, pay sites, affiliates of all manner and stripe out there, myself included, all of whom have made untold amounts of cash from getting listings on a site like yours over the past 15+ years. It boggles the mind.

Other than a night with Lisa Ann I don't know of a higher award the industry could bestow on you.
