Hosting Problems
I have always been happy with my host and have recommended them to a lot of people. Ghost and I also have a webdesign business and almost all of our clients use our host. We just renewed until the end of the year with them and now I am having so many problems. GRRRR! One of the things that we loved about them was their fast response to any problems we had. Which were VERY few. Now I can't get a reply back from them. We are unable to receive any email from our domain addresses, we have verified that it has nothing to do with the ISP and is almost certainly on the server side. I opened a ticket with them with high importance. What do you think would be a good timeframe for them to reply? Maybe I am just impatient. It's been 2 hours with no word. Always before it was within 30 minutes or less.

Ok, nevermind, just heard from my host. who says it's on my ISP's end and I am on the phone with them and they say it's with my host. Grrrrr I'm gonna scream in a second. LOL
