Wednesday June 13th (aka Stupid New Gmail)

I opted in to the new look Gmail yesterday. If you use their calendar, which changed layouts a couple months back, it basically looks like that now: kinda puffier. I can no longer see all my folders on the right without scrolling (even though I'm using the Compact View) and these useless canned replies or Smart Compose (predictive writing suggestions appear as you compose an email) are fucking pointless. Plus some of the buttons you're used to are confusing, like the Mark As Unread button looks a lot like the old Archive button. I'll get used to it, but some of the shit Google is doing lately (remember me bitching about ink skipping?) is really |crazy|

On the homefront, my stepdaughter's still in the hospital, but she's feeling much better. |facepalm| News: Someone designed their kitchen & ordered cabinets based on the fridge being 4" wider than the one we bought. One man parades, one car funerals, wet dreams...I can fuck shit up :D

I did get the Ring Spotlight Cam Solar I ordered yesterday, so I'm sure I'll fuck something up installing that today :D

Usual day for me, work work work. Nothing exciting here really, just have 30 hours of work to do each day that I try to squeeze into 10-12 hours |huh|scared|

Blood pressure check this morning at the doctor followed by an MRI at 10:30pm tonight at my hospital. Don't ask me why it's so late. I just show up. Work in between.

I totally forgot to come by here as I've been busy with stuff. Wife had a doctor appt and unfortunately she will need another surgery as her breast is not heeling properly. It's a quick little procedure and really no big deal but will put as back another 4 weeks before starting radiation. Once again, thankfully her pathology was 100% cancer free so we are lucky there.

I have a doctor appointment as the wife finally convinced me to get a physical a couple weeks back and so I had 4 referrals to check other stuff out with the first one today. After that there are errands to run, joy!

Evening

Had an ok day. Not done much porn-work though, to busy elsewhere.
Had a meeting planning a course that will take place in the fall (I'm hired to be assistant).
I said yes to that job for two reasons. I think it's interesting and I really like the woman who will be in charge. I think she likes me too.
Problem is, we got friends on facebook and it turns out she's active in a christian community!
So this could be interesting to watch...

Other than that. Tired. First day without a nap in ages.
Will hang in there for a little longer now and get to bed at a normal time
