Friday November 23rd (aka Black Friday)

Turkey Day was nice :) Visited my mom at the hospital & her nurse for the day grew up across the street from us when I was a kid, so it was nice that my mom had a friendly face with her on the holiday. Then we went to Yell's oldest's, where it was her 1st time hosting a family holiday dinner and everything went perfectly. We got home around 7 & I was tired, so I crashed & next thing I knew, it was 3:30, so I'm up & working.

Hoping we can get my mom placed in a PT facility today (oddly enough, the one we're trying 1st is right down the street from our old house) but I need to wait until Yell's electrician buddy gets here around 10 so I can show him what still needs to be done in the kitchen from when we fired the contractor.

I survived turkey day on nothing but root beer and cheesy bread sticks after my shells and cheese showed up as shells and cheese and tons of sausage meat and yet feel suprisingly well today all things considered...

oh my cat woke me up by horking a few loogies next to me.... just thought you all might wanna know too much information before breakfast |loony| the running across my pillow and playing with every single fucking thing near me wasn't getting me outta bed quick enough for his tummy i guess |huh

if the little bastard wasn't so sweet and adoreable I would eat him for breakfast...

Hope everyone had a good American Thanksgiving. I know I did at real Thanksgiving over a month ago. |lol|

Turkey day went well and it was good to have family visiting. Only here for a minute as we take off to D-land even though it's going to be very busy. Inlaws want to go and we figured we joined them since you never know when they can't do this anymore.
