Would be great if each category works as a top list.

Me too. I don't get any warnings, but I didn't click around much. I did't see a place to actually download anything.

I suspect there's a malicious ad among the third party ads that rotate.

Ubuntu to the rescue. Just installed on an old xp laptop. Nice. I'll see if I can check on the laptop. I do appreciate the ref.

Anyway back to question you can try former JMBsoftware that's available on free license and not anymore supported. But it's free. From paid scripts I suggest only one. Gosssmer Links by Gossamer Thread.

Gossamer looks good, plenty of paid plugins available from admin backend. I It's just very expensive. Way to much for a linklist script.

I think Danger Dave and a few others used Gossamer way back in the day, but not such an advance version of it. I recall it being pricey back then too. |greenguy| might know if that's what DD was powered by.

If my script was stable and intuitive, I'd give you a copy. I can make the pages look pretty, but the backend is train wreck.
