His sites are all down it seems.

I sent him a message on FB and let him know. I know he's had a very difficult time since he lost his dog, Maggie.

That's the first thing I thought of. I feel so bad for him. I've lost a feline who had family status. Still depresses me to think of him being gone.

Maggie was beautiful...I feel for UW.

Very sad about his dog, I can't even imagine what would happen to me if my dog disappeared.

He knows - his host seems to suck a bit.

My VPS with ServerHub is the victim of a major disk failure for the second time in three months. Last time, they had me fully restored within a few days. Now, I have been down since the 23rd. They have continued to claim that they are working on it, but they have suddenly emailed me new IPs on a fresh install of CentOS without even the control panel I pay for. I have to keep begging for an update, and each response comes very slowly. They seem to be implying that they may not be able to restore my sites. If that is the case, I'm done. I won't even bother uploading my old backups.

Damn, that sucks. I hope they get you fixed up.

Hmmmm... Ask them for a refund, and I will make space for you at no charge. You have too much time invested in your hobby to just walk away.
