Morning |waves|

We put an offer on a smaller condo for our daughter and there were 7 other bids! The market in Toronto in crazy with little supply -- party due to winter -- and strong demand. We are not in a rush to buy so we put in a good bid but not a stupid, "I must have this place" one. We'll try again.

I moved my WP site from a number address to a top level domain yesterday. It was a little trickier than I suspected because it was multisite. Now, the biggest thing I have to do it make it bilingual (EN/FR). I should make the Friday deadline no problem. Other than that, it's working on the same old. I am off to the gym shortly.

Kinda happy to be |brick with work since Property Taxes are due next month, but I will be taking a couple hours off as my dentist gave me his tix to tonight Buffalo Sabres game |thumb He's on the Club Level where my season tix used to be 🤵🍸 1st game in probably 6+ years. Of course, we're taking on Ramster's Ottawa Senators

Between now & then, I have to pick up the ASSIL from work, then we're going to take an old chair & some other bulky garbage to the apartment complex his mom's man works at & fill up a dumpster or 2, then a much needed visit to the chiro...and I should probably wash my ass in there somewhere :D

Ottawa is worse I'm being told. Supply is STUPID LOW right now, there's almost nothing out there. We're bidding on a cottage right now ourselves. My agent told me a townhouse in Stonebridge had 41 offers and sold for $492,000, it was listed at $399,900... that's $92,000 OVER listing |crazy| |huh
