Oh good morning |waves| Usual day planned, work work work. Trying to get a new site up and ready for billing while also waiting on templates that back in January were "days away, not weeks or months" and here it is 2 months later |lol||club|

Another day of more of the same here.

Yesterday Mojo emailed me letting me know that they were moving my server and Foxy's server. I let them know that I no longer have a server there and last time they tried to move Foxy's server it broke everything. I gave them Foxy's contact information so that I'll be out of that big mess as much as possible.

Other than that just a day of driving for pay planned.

Finished the last meeting I had to do yesterday and went nicely, as nice as it could. Of course the changes will effect my taxes though I honestly don't know if it will be bad or good. Either way I always stress about them so I'm trying to not worry about it until I'm back home.

Was up late due to a late nap but woke up early to take care of a couple things and since I was up submitted some galleries for no apparent reason whatsoever. See a nap arriving shortly.

Count yourself lucky, you at least had a summer last year. We have shitty weather here too, but I spent all last summer in hospital, so I did not get a summer last year. I went from "shitty spring" to "fall" in one step, and now I am getting another shitty spring. :(

Just discovered another trade link is redirecting. Only checked it a while back. Will everyone please stop going out of business. :(

Hi all

Jeez, what a winter.

As you know I got a serious concussion in december. Then my workstation had a breakdown out of this world. This was soon followed by another concussion and my right arm broken. After 4 weeks they decided to let my arm go through surgery, so the plastered period got extended by 6 weeks.
But now I'm at least in a new permament apartment, I got internet I can rely on and I finally was able to figure out what part in my rig needed replacement.

In all this my main FS domain got problems and I didn't discover it at once. So for all I know most of my FS-links have been removed :-(

Hopefully I can manage to start pushing sites, blogposts and galleries again. But if all is gone, not sure what I'll do....

i took a rare complete day off yesterday, and may well do that again today. I haven't stopped much in the last 3 months or so, not even when my brother died. Slowed down, yes, but I have been updating at least once a day now for the past 3 months or so. I told my husband last night that I feel so stretched in so many different directions.

My mother had 2 uncles that nobody really knew what happened to them. Both had emigrated from Finland. One went to Massachusetts and the other to Winnepeg Canada. About that same time, the Soviets were busy rebuilding Karelia and were luring workers from the US, Canada, and Finland with the promise of jobs, housing, and secure jobs. Finns were desired because of their skills and worth ethic. The US was in the depression. Both uncles went to work in a ski factory, one taking his wife. Everything went well until 1937 when Stalin decided the crack down on the Finns, outlawing their language, closing their schools and social halls, and started rounding them up like cattle. Both uncles were executed in 1938 after "trials". We know nothing of the fate of the wife yet. She doesn't show on any of the lists, but we know she was there. The mass graves were discovered over the last 20 years, so none of the family really knew for sure.

Maybe because this knowledge came so close to my brother's death it has hit me more than I expected.

I may well get an update done tonight, but likely not until morning.
