No one talks about their hosting unless there's a problem. Yes, you pay them & it's technically their job to make sure your shit is up & running, but it's a fucking thankless job. And, a lot of hosts will jump thru hoops if you ask them to. So if you've had no problems with your host in the last few months, go say thanks.

Cliff's Notes: Mojo recently asked for testimonials. I sent one in about how their tech Jerry basically recoded the 16yo unsupported script that runs the Link O'Rama when upgrading my server, thus saving my site. Jerry found out yesterday what I sent in & emailed me a personal "Thanks!". That's when the "it's a fucking thankless job" thing popped into my head, so now, once a month, I'm going to open a ticket just to say thanks :)

I have 4 servers with Mojo so I put in tickets all the time and recently with a server shut down elsewhere it's been a LOT of tickets. Their support is great |thumb

I'm very satisified with my host, M3, and I do tell them when I need assistance. Even sent them a virtual cake at one point :-)

MojoHost is a wonderful company. They do need to get DDOS mitigation in place though. Other than that they bend over backwards every time.
Would be screwed without em.
