You might try submitting with the absolute URL - Ive noticed that your submits sometimes come in without the trailing / and Ive also had problems in the past on SG where you might need to put in an actual html page on the end of the URL - stops any redirect errors that might keep you from getting in the database

Hi MML/Emarald,
I sligthly messed-up with smutgremlins submission form yesterday. Instead of submitting to Ethnic category, I submitted it to Extreme. It was an error caused by scrolling through the drop-down menu (Extreme is just below Ethnic). By the time, I saw it I had pressed the submit button and it went through. It wasn't intentional. Hope you guys will understand.
What should I do? Can I resubmit?
