The summary email I got from the post office showed I was getting summoned to jury duty |facepalm| I hope my |loony| doctor can get me out of it |pray|

We went to a poorly run Chinese Auction last night. Didn't win anything |angry|

Today I'm gonna work for a bit, then take back the many, many bags of empty cans we have, followed by making a run to the rez for some Canadian |potlead|
(yes, they somehow sell Canadian pot on our Indian reservation)

Up at 3:30 for no F'ing reason and just as I was going to lay back down my buddy called with news his father passed. We knew it was coming as we have talked many times over the past couple of weeks but he still needed to talk which is understandable. Poor guys mother has been dealing with an incurable disease for over a year but she has really started to fade fast recently so we don't think she make it through the year.

On a good note finally got my plumbing fixed. Had 2 places give me overpriced bids yesterday morning so I reached out to the reasonable priced guy that's been swamped lately and he actually had time to squeeze me in late afternoon thankfully. Half the price as the other guys. Now I just need to shovel all the dirt back into the trench.

Wife also took off for the weekend |banana|

Anyhoo, I'm really tired so I feel a big nap coming shortly.

Sorry to hear about yor friend's Dad. As someone that lost my Dad in Dac 2022 then my Mom is Dec 2023, life can be hard sometimes :(
