OK after 2 years of using their service my Host is now saying they dont allow adult content so now I have to find a new host. Anybody got any suggestions?

Colo-cation host all of my stuff and this board. CD34 aka Sparky is a regular on this board and owns it.

Webair is my suggestion. I am very happy with them and the support is great|thumb

Well I went there but the price is a little much for what you get in return. Its $20 a month for 2gb of storage space and 100gb of bandwidth. I have seen some hosting that is less than $60 a year with unlimited space and bandwidth. Also Colo-cation does not allow cgi/php

Here is the quote from the site "Remember, this hosting doesn't support CGI/PHP or SSI. This is specifically for galleries or freesites that need to be served quickly. "

That is for hosting which runs tux.

We have two types of virtual hosting. The normal virtual (and I apologize the site is so far out of date and has some old info on it). I'll get that corrected today.

We include 20gb of space with our virtual accounts, they do support PHP/CGI/MYSQL, etc.

Our Static Virtual was designed to host TGP Galleries/Freesites/Hosted Galleries and uses Tux, a kernel mode web accelerator that is unable to handle PHP/CGI and is designed purely to serve static files. This is specialized hosting for a very narrow market.

As for our price, we are a little more expensive than some hosting providers. We don't put as many people on the machines, we watch them obsessively and fix things proactively.

Check out Certified Hosting a.k.a. Naked Hosting. I am hosted with them and their uptime and support team are great. Good pricing too! Should meet your needs. They also allow CGI and PHP.

Any offer for hosting that offers "Unlimited Anything" should immediately raise a RED flag and cause you to run away from it. Those gimmicks don't work and sadly while they may appear effective in the short term, in far too many cases the rug will be yanked from underneath your feet at the worst possible time, when your site actually begins to consume some of those fictitious resources.

Choose a host that supports the industry, they will be able to better understand your requirements, assist you with industry specific hosting questions, and work with you as you grow.

You need to be careful with the unlimited hosts. Our company wrote a detailed article on how they can legally claim to be unlimited..
