Smut Gremlins: ~1-3 days. Does not send rejection e-mails though.
Sultans-Porn: No longer submit to it, as they don't seem to list anything I submit.

Ya, doesn't seem like any ones been home at Sultans for some time.

My last acceptance from Sultans Porn was March 23rd, for a site submitted back on the 16th August 2007.
They seem to review in small waves, a couple of days maybe twice per month.

Sadly, think Mad Max has left the building some time ago. Too bad, he was so eager and in to it. Seems he stopped in a while back, like a year or so?

Then again, you never know what goes on in the personal life of people here. Who knows.

I just checked my stats and I'm still getting a very decent amount of traffic from Fetish Philes considering I haven't submitted anything there in years.

Right now his site is up, including submit page/form.

Hopefully it's still Max's.

That actually appears to be an error in his script during a rebuild. His offline work seems to have taken off which left him with very little time for the adult biz, but, he is still doing the adult from time to time.

I called him when this thread was brought to my attention and the site was fixed shortly thereafter and he does appear to be doing well if not a bit swamped with his 'offline' work.
