Friday February 23rd (aka I'm Burnt Out)

Yesterday was another clusterfuck of a day. I just kept fucking up every little thing I tried to do, even basic crap I do on a daily basis. I think I'm burnt out, so I'm gonna tidy up some shit today & then fuck off for the weekend |thumb

I probably shouldn't do that, as I have an oddly busy week coming up. I was telling Ramster yesterday that I have 3 doctor appts for me, 2 for my mom, picking up the ASSIL 3 days, waiting at my stepdaughter's for her delivery of dialysis supplies on Thursday, and the accountant |scared| on Friday, but fuck it :D

Took off yesterday at 4pm for a few beers, watch hockey and relax. Seems like I took half the day off but that is a full day for "normal" people, 7am-4pm, I'm just use to working into the night for so long I feel like a slacker when I only work 8 hours |lol|

Morning

Went to bed not feeling great and was up about 2am with full body aches, sore throat and other symptoms. Couldn't get comfortable so I got up and went to the office and did some work. Just trying to give my wife a good night sleep. I really can't afford to be sick as this is not good for her depleted immune system due to 5 months of chemo.

I canceled the errands we were suppose to run cause they can be put off and I see myself going back to bed shortly since she is finally up.

On a good note we did watch War for the Planet of the Apes yesterday and I liked that one too.

Ramster got us the last W9 we needed to file the 1096 & 1099's today. For some reason, it was stuck in my head that these fucking 1099's had to be filed by Feb 28th. So as I'm writing up the address for the 1096 (the master form you send the IRS) I read that they are supposed to be mailed by Jan 31st :(

So I searched to see if there's a fine for filing late:
1096: $30 each if within 30 days
1099: $50 each if within 30 days

Nothing like racking up $360 in IRS fines for both your companies |banghead|
