YES :D and they extended her another week though she will be back to getting out between 1 & 2 versus 5pm this past week.

Finished Van Helsing and started Penny Dreadful which is better than I thought and it has been in my queue forever.

JustRobert 2020-10-26 10:14 AM

Finished Penny Dreadful and I really liked this one. Plus it's only 3 seasons long.

Started watching The Unicorn and found it quite funny that I nearly binged the whole season, while working, on Saturday if it wasn't for the World Series. Got sidetracked yesterday and then the wife came home so I'll probably finish this today with lunch.

Also finished my morning cartoons of KIPO and have started the new season of The Last Kids On Earth, something my grandson also watches :D

We finally finished S2 of this & I think it was much better than the 1st season, which was |thumb so |thumb |thumb

Greenguy 2020-10-28 10:20 AM

Also, Borat Subsequent Moviefilm on Amazon Prime was hilarious|lol| Made me want to go back & watch the original, as well as his other 2 movies |thumb

ArtWilliams 2020-10-28 10:39 AM

Watching the new Unsolved Mysteries on Netflix. Not my usual thing but finding it really interesting. I have strong opinions on who did it.

We tried watching that but it seemed too cheesy & long-winded.

Ramster 2020-10-28 02:55 PM

Started Barbarians last night, 4 episodes in so far so good. It is another foreign dubbed show but it's good, I like it |thumb

Greenguy 2020-10-30 10:49 AM

I started watching Utopia on Prime yesterday & it's really good, so gonna finish that today.

Also have to see how many episodes of The Mandalorian Disney+ let us have...

JustRobert 2020-11-04 10:34 AM

Finished Barbarians since it was in my queue and Ramster seemed to enjoy it. I thought it was pretty good too.

Finished The Last Kids On Earth for my morning cartoons which I like. Not sure what to watch with breakfast now. Aliens TV or the Jurassic one.

Tremors: Shrieker Island is as bad and cheesy as you would think.

ParaNorman I watched last night, even though I seen this years ago, and I still liked it. Pretty good stop motion animation film.

JustRobert 2020-11-05 11:02 AM

Watched the Netflix movie The Devil All the Time last night and we liked it. It's different.

JustRobert 2020-11-11 10:23 AM

Finished my Jurassic morning cartoons which are okay. Not sure what cartoon to start next but there are a few in my queue.

I finally watched Middle Men and found it to be a lot better than I thought it would be, which was why it sat in my queue forever.

Greenguy 2020-11-11 12:52 PM

I forgot to post about this new series on Amazon Prime called Wayne that I REALLY liked. Wayne is "a 16 year-old Dirty Hairy with a heart of gold". The guy that plays "Mayhem" in those car insurance commercials is in it, and so is that Boston guy that played "The Rick" on to ESPN commercials 20 years ago. It's 10 30 min episodes & if you like the 1st one, you'll enjoy the series.

ArtWilliams 2020-11-15 01:11 PM

Four episodes into The Queen's Gambit. It's an interesting story. I'm quite enjoying it.

ArtWilliams 2020-11-15 01:14 PM

Watched Captain Fantastic (2016) last night. Definitely not a superhero movie. It was good but stressful. From one minute to the next, you're waiting for the dad to fuck up

Yep, really enjoyed it. It was more shocking than the first one (Im thinking of the dance scene with his daughter!!!) but generally the first Borat was funnier IMHO

britsexcash 2020-11-16 04:04 AM

Oddly enough, I've just discovered the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Don't get me wrong, it ain't the Exorcist, and there's some silly shit in there. Nevertheless, I've enjoyed it a lot.

JustRobert 2020-11-18 10:19 AM

Finished the series La Revolution and it was okay. I'll watch a second season if it comes out.

Think I'll start The Crown for my lunch time viewing next.

JustRobert 2020-11-24 10:20 AM

Finished the recent season of The Crown and thought it was good.

Started Thieves of the Wood which is a historical series that is dubbed and finding this to be pretty good.

Morning cartoons right now is Fangbone recommended by my grandson :)

JustRobert 2020-12-01 11:10 AM

Finished Thieves of the Wood and I liked it.

Not sure what's next but the queue is full.

Greenguy 2020-12-02 07:22 AM

I binged The Queen's Gambit during my most recent funk & it was really good |thumb |thumb

You could watch it in the original language(s) and freshen up your German and Latin :)
Good show none the less.

JustRobert 2020-12-15 10:11 AM

Finished my morning cartoon series Fangbone which I liked.

I started the new season of Big Mouth which still makes me |lol|

We've been watching lots of Xmas movies too and they are all cheesy to some point but I still like watching them :D

Lots? There's only 2:
Christmas Vacation
Die Hard

That's it! The rest are fake news Xmas movies put out by those extreme left Libtards that rigged the election in just the swing states and just the votes for President!

I still to this day love the 1947 version of Miracle on 34th Street, Capras It's a Wonderful Life, and Mister Magoo's Christmas Carol !

Ramster 2020-12-16 08:46 AM

I watched Christmas Chronicle 2, it was surprisingly entertaining |thumb

Those usually watched closer to Xmas

We re-watched the first one before watching that and I find both of them pretty good for Xmas flicks.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas with Jim Carrey, The Grinch by Illumination, Elf, Alien Xmas (new stop motion) and a few of those typical romcom ones I can't remember their names.

Last night I watched The Holiday Movies That Made Us which was only 2 episodes of behind scenes look at Elf and The Nightmare Before Christmas which I found interesting.

Que still has quite a few left |santa|

JustRobert 2020-12-24 10:21 AM

Been watching more Xmas movies. Bunch of typical RomComs, couple of alright animated ones and White Christmas.

If you're a fan of musicals or the theater than I recommend Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey.

Tonight we'll watch the animated movie Klaus which I also recommend |santa|

JustRobert 2020-12-28 10:29 AM

Finished the last season of Big Mouth and it still makes me |lol|

Evil Chris 2020-12-28 11:52 AM

I finally gave in and started watching The Crown. It's much different than I had expected and had me hooked right away. Started S4 last night.

Greenguy 2021-01-13 05:30 AM

I just have to say that S3 of Cobra Kai was FUCKING AWESOME! The 1st Karate Kid came out when I was 13 so those movies are part of my being (for lack of a better word) and I just LOVE that they bring back all the original people from those movies for this series. Truly one of my all time favs |thumb

I also watched the movie Ava with Jessica Chastain & Colin Ferrell & it was decent enough.

History Of Swear Words looks promising :D

JustRobert 2021-01-13 11:44 AM

I watched the final season of Vikings even though it was on Fuck Amazon.

I finished Alien TV which was part of my morning cartoon watching and I found it quite funny.

I started Blood Of Zeus which is an animated series and liking it. Will probably finish that today.

We watched the animated movie Charming and it was alright. Had moments of funny with moments of bad.

History Of Swear Words was added to my list last night as my buddy said it was good.

JustRobert 2021-01-19 11:08 AM

Disenchantment new season is now available and that will be my morning breakfast cartoon watching starting today in a couple of minutes.

JustRobert 2021-01-25 10:41 AM

Over the weekend we watched:
The Midnight Sky with Clooney and it was ok
and
Outside The Wire which was pretty good.

I binged that yesterday & thought it was|lol| as usual |thumb

Evil Chris 2021-01-26 09:45 AM

Thanks for putting me on Kobra Kai. I am working my way through it, but love it so far.

Not Netflix (yet) but we watched "Promising Young Woman" last night. Really good revenge flick.

I finished this yesterday and found it to be |lol| funny as well :D

Forgot to mention that I also finished The Queen's Gambit which hooked me right away and found it to be very good. Then again I did a few chess tournaments as a kid so that may of had something to do with it.

New season of Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous which I'll start today for my morning cartoons. I should finish this before my grandson comes for a visit in a couple of weeks so we can talk about it as he started watching it over the weekend :)

Greenguy 2021-01-28 08:38 AM

I binged Flack on Prime yesterday starring Anna Paquin as a celeb PR rep that helps cover-up all sorts of embarrassing situations. It's British, so only 6 episodes. I thought it was |thumb

I also watched History Of Swear Words on Netflix, which was hosted by Nicholas Cage of all people |huh It was 6 20 min episodes & covered fuck, shit, bitch, dick, pussy & damn. Good watch |thumb

Evil Chris 2021-01-28 12:41 PM

Watched part 1 of "Tiger" last night. So far an enlightening chronicle of his life.

JAI-LING 2021-01-28 01:32 PM

Check out Gaspar Noe on Amazon etc. Thank me later.
