TeenCash has mobile paysites, but not much for mobile content. Cool teen niche sites though

TopBucks has mobile sites, mobile-specific banners and rss feeds you can use for your mobile site. They have made a real big push into mobile.

There are some wordpress related mobile plugins and themes, but in the end, I just used .htaccess so my .mobi site would have a mobile site for mobile and a regular site for computers. This is how it tuned out. http://www.teenage-sex.mobi/

HD pays has mobile sites for you to promote as well as a redirect script you can install on your site that will recognize mobile browsers and send to the appropriate site. Otherwise, just use the mobile linking codes provided in the affiliate admin linking code section.

Jugg Cash have this cool little script which you can put all your sites.

If your site is loaded on a handheld or mobile device, it redirects to their mobile site.

If your site is loaded in a browser - it defaults to your normal site....

I've only just set it up and tested it on my mobile and haven't had any traffic through it, so don't know if it converts.
