Wednesday January 29th (aka I Need Me Time)

Yell & I went to our 1st Sabres game in about 7 or so years last night and it brought back a lot of memories (I had season tix from 2005-2012 and Yel went to most of the games with me) I really wanted to get into the game like I did back then, but this team...they're not good. The best part of the night was the view from our seats:

For reference, to the left of us were 2 more seats, then all the main TV cameras. I do have to say, it was nice to live the fancy life once again, even if it was only for 4 hours :D

The ASSIL needs a ride TO and FROM work today |facepalm| so I have to go pick him up in about an hour. Later, I'm going to visit my mom since I blew her off yesterday for |hockey| Tonight, I'm going to Yell's oldest's to work on a project/gift for our chiro |jackinthe

Sabres did not play good at all, I was surprised. MY team won so yah there and badly out shot Buffalo too. Work for me all day, nothing new otherwise. |coffee is yummy this morning |thumb

I found out a couple of things yeserday:

- There is a small change in searching. If you google a prominent and recognizable pornstar name, you no longer get porn pics in the images. For instance, googling Linda Lovelace, you no longer get pics of her deep throating Harry Reems [yes, I am that old]. Only PG photos. You have to add something obvious like deep throat, porn or xxx to get the explicit stuff. I don't know if that will change rankings for sites. We'll see.

- I mentioned yesterday I am building a bilingual site. If you want to make them equal -- website.com/en/ and website.com/fr/ -- you have to build two websites. Using multisite in WP you'll end up with website.com for the first site and then there is no way to fix it except to start from scratch. Needless to say I did some rework yesterday. [Addemum, you can start off with a website.com/en/ as the anchor for multisite but I didn't do that.]

Having eaten my apple crisp, I am off to the gym shortly and then I continue on with desk work. I got a 3am text to do background work but I was sleeping and today is not the day.

I could be mistaken, but I think it's been like that for a long time because anytime I search a pornstar, I throw "nude", "naked" or "dick pics" after their name.

Finally a day I am feeling good.
The last couple of weeks has been rough, even for me and winter combined.

I was offered a translation job today, will have to think about it.
But it's good money for easy stuff, so maybe ...

GF is dropping by soon, while her son is at soccer practice.
After that, I will do some core-stuff and practice the guitar.
Probably throw in a few minutes in the wild wild west, too |loony|

After a really good chat with a dear friend the other night, I am back chomping at the bit to get things done. The old energy is coming back and it feels great. I have been building daily for a while, but now I get more done. I have also been making it a point to update my network daily, even if I only have a gallery or two ready to add. Adding something is much better than adding nothing. Having that fresh date makes a difference, plus I get the feeling of accomplishment. I've also been trying to get the birthday list up earlier in the day.

It isn't working perfectly yet. I didn't sleep last night, so I slept in until 2pm today which really messes me up but.. I still have things done and things in the works. I have even gotten a stitching break the last couple of days.

If the sun comes out & there's no breeze, you might get lucky & hit...
