364 days after we put it on the market, we close on selling the (now old) house today |party2 No longer will that house cause me to |catfight| or |banghead| or |huh or |angry| or |loony| or |crazy| or |scared| or |facepalm| and while I may |cry| I know I'll |banana| and by this time tomorrow, I'll be debt free for the 1st time in my life since my dad cosigned my 1st loan for a car about 29 years ago |thumb

That happens at Noon, so until then, I'll be grunting away for |bow| Ramster while he's on his working vacation in Miami |cheers|

It's cooler here today and I feel okay though my wife was coughing in bed most of the night. Maybe I'll have a short nap this afternoon.

I've got a short presentation to do for a group I belong to on Thursday. That's all on the must do list for today.

That does remind me that we hit 90°F/32°C yesterday & we're supposed to hit that again today. I hope JustRobert can find his windbreaker in the closet as it's supposed to be about 20° cooler today out there |snowman2

It's grey and drizzling so I'm glad I did not get the car washed yesterday.
I keep that one in the car because you never know when it will drop below 65F and one must be prepared ;)

Going to try and do a bunch of work today and watch a movie later, I think.

Been a long day with some heavy meetings, they totally drained me.
I still decided to attend this weeks AA and after that my dog and I went to take an evening swim. We enjoyed it a lot! :)

Now I have to fill todays quota of galleries and approving, then a little bit of State of Decay 2 before hitting bed again
