Slept in and now just having a coffee. My wife is cooking and will be doing so for the next few hours. Can't wait because she is a really good cook. Our friends are bringing the turkey because my wife only cooks fish. (Why am I telling you this? LOL)

It will be nice and quiet here until guests arrive later this afternoon so I'll have time to work and watch TV. I am looking forward to that.

As an aside, I installed the distro Remix OS on a spare laptop yesterday. It's a desktop version Android that works surprising well. It's very fast because it doesn't have the overhead of grandpa MS Windows.

Went to a xmas party last night at someone's place with a bunch of big drinkers. Not being a drinking I found their loud screaming annoying as hell so didn't stay all that long and headed over to the local pub to meet up with a friend. Was there for about an hour when all the girls from the party showed up very drunk and puking in te parking lot.

Made plans to go biking this afternoon. Hopefully, it won't rain.

Happy Dr Who day everyone.

Spending the holidays at my sister's place, with her, her husband, and her kids. The kids are in their early teens, but amazingly polite and well behaved. I made a joke about the strong language on in their computer game, they thought I was genuinely offended by it and immediately went to switch it off!
