2257 question

I know it's probably been gone over many times but I'm hearing different things...

1. Does the content have to be hardcore to require 2257 info on the site?

2. If I'm using a sponsors content, is linking to their 2257 page enough to cover me?

3. Does the 2257 info have to be on each page of the free site?
