Getting Quality Submissions???

Currently I am taking the normal MGP postings but am open to Free Site submissions.

I know alot of TGP's dont normally take Free Site submissions, but I have mine open to do so and I am having trouble getting submissions.

I have listed on forums and get plenty of movie TGP galleries, but I was wondering what I need to do to get free site submissions?

and does anyone have a listing of cheaters? I get alot of cheats in the TGP world, so can anyone offer advice on getting the cheaters too?

Cheaters you just have to learn on your own. Getting free site submits? Not sure how well a free site would do on a MGP. Surfers might think the warning page to be an add and just close the page.

Seems like the cheating and general lack of quality is what convinces a lot of people to build fake TGPs.
