How to SSL

How & where do I go to get an SSL Certificate ? Any help appreciated. Also, does anyone know of a free tgp & trade script that doesn't require SSL ?

One of us is confused - and I think it's you! Do you really mean SSI? SSL is a secure socket layer, used to encrypt data and put a little padlock in your browser. SSI is server side include, commonly used (amongst other things) with trading scripts.
