Well, I decided to sign up for the trial of this, after much trepidation. I wasn't keen on the whole name/password thing, but I'm going to believe since I saw it here it is safe. ;)

I want to add a sponsor that they do not track. I don't understand whether there is a way to do this through their website, or if I have to email them the info.

If anyone knows how it is done, and can drop a quick reply, I'd appreciate it. I don't want to bother them with an email if it isn't necessary.

From the top menu...

Programs ---> Add New Program ---> Affiliate Programs ---> The 1st letter of the program

If they are not on the list, click the "program request form" link :)

I am with you all the way up to the "program request form" link, GG. I am just not seeing it.

Perhaps it doesn't exist on the trial version?

It's not a huge deal, I can add another sponsor that they have listed, just to get an idea how this thing flows. If I sign up and start paying, then I will for sure want to add some unlisted ones.

Which is likely what will happen. Because I can't figure out on my own how to compare programs that measure results in different ways.
