Is there any money to be made in AVS sites or should I stay with free sites|pcsucks|

How many free sites do you have?

None I wanted to ask a pro :) should I start a free site or AVS site which would bring in the $$$

I'm sure there's still some money in AVS, but for the most part, it is dead.

I'd start off with free sites - they are easier to build, easier to get listed & this board is always here to help :)

I have affiliates pulling in $10k a month, so I would have to say that rumors of its demise have been greatly exagerated

Let me follow up that reply with this. . . . the days of building 100's of AVS sites and hoping that the AVS system is going to bring you signups are pretty much gone. If you are willing to put forth a little effort, and promote your sites, you can easily pull in five figures every month

Surfn & I may be biased, as neither of us own an AVS & both of us make a nice living off free sites :D

But, the numbers I look at & the changes in AVS over the last year or so lead me to believe that, if not dead, it's on life support.

But, who am I to tell you what to do or how to make money :)
