seems its happening all too frequently these days as I skimmed this board...

This bloke has copied my unique recips to a T .. only difference is he changed the domain name and URL.

Im asking that you refuse to do link trades and/or submits to him

Not a whole lot i can do about it except ask this communities support and not do business with a lazy ass LL owner who cant think for himself.

He is on my blacklist now and I have deleted all the sites he has submitted (ballsy fooker) and in future any sites that show his recips will also not be listed by me.

Holy Cow! I dont even remember posting that... I really musta been in a foul mood lol

Since I started those "marquee" recips.. there has been many new LL owners (and even some older ones) that have copied my idea. They say copying is a form of flattery.. dont know why I don't feel flattered tho. Thats one of the reasons I changed mine back in October so it would look different. They can change the color, text style and even how fast the marquee scrolls, but i cant help feeling like they are not imaginative and unique for themselves.

Seeing one on a page is ok, but when someone chooses mine and 3 other recips that "scroll" it looks very messy (at least thats my opinion). To be honest, sometimes I want to just delete sites that use my recip and other recips that scroll. Just havent brought myself to make that a rule yet. Guess there is just so many ways you can make a recip table, and since there are now literally hundreds of so called Link lists it is bound to happen that they all start to look alike in some way or another.
