I then look at the site & recognize it, so I search LOR for the domain & find that it's in the http://www.martinpeak.com/ affiliate program.
I then look up the whois on them:

Both are owned by NEW WORLD SOLUTIONS CORP

I'll of course be pulling my links. What you do with this info is up to you :)

Well - the guy is still at it - last week he took down PornstarFinder.net and this week he has gotten LinkForSex - he will be reported to the authorities as well as the host - Blue Gravity and WebAir and Google has been notified - they have already gotten pornstarfinder back in but it may take a few days for linkforsex to come back
Basically an overview - what he does is take your index/root page - then cloaks it and feeds it to Googlebot - it takes over your spots in the SE, (known as site scraping) and then when he gets the listing with your copywrited text, he redirects surfers to his scam sites.

I emailed enom and bluegravity .. no answers.
at least he replied .. he reads this mail: domains@nwsolutions.com .. and of course his partner havent found anything wrong with their anal-fisting-movies.biz domain ..

Robert - that's strange, because I heard smashingthumbs got shitcanned by Google because you were stealing a lot of popular link lists & TGP's names/keywords

I believe smashingthumbs got kicked from google because I had that autogenerated nonsense text on some pages. These pages were getting only 1-2% of my total google traffic. Anyway, I was stupid enough to keep them on smashingthumbs and it gave all reporters strong weapon to their hands and google good reason to ban my ass.

The pages you mentioned were on smashingthumbs too, but they were gone within 24 hours after google indexed them.
They were just for testing purposes. I've deleted them all just a few mintures after linkster emailed me. I even set my server not to show my regular 404 for them :)

Well, as I said they were just testing pages and from that "greenguy" example, you can see the test worked.
I know a lot of guys were pissed at me ... for all concerned, I know it's little too late but:

Now I know I should choose another domain to play with, because smashingthumbs had 1000's of quality backlinks and was very popular in google.

We all learn from our mistakes :)

The nice thing about DMCA complaints sent to hosting companies legal departments is that they have to reply - if they dont, then they are liable as well.

Of course with some of the keywords I found that he is ranking for with some sites targetted towards "younger viewers" and then redirects to an adult site, Id say the Justice Department would be real interested in him

An apology 5 months after the fact is kinda hard to swallow.

Fuck - people steal traffic in SE from me & you every day - I know this & I'm getting used to seeing it & reporting it to Google as spam - but when you see someone that you think is your friend doing it - even if it was just a test - it really sucks.

That's a lot of people stealing your traffic (and that's not a knock on you loosing your Google spots - even if you were int here at #1, those 3 links on the top would still be in there.

Fuck - I still hate those cocksuckers at 89.com for buying all the big link lists & tgp's keywords aobut a year or so ago.

It just pisses me off when someone I know & someone I've traded traffic with does something like this.
