Batch photoshop ?
 

Anybody tell me whats the best settings to set in photoshop to make pics crisp clear and sharp so i canmake an action and do a batch on 10k thumbs?

Filter>Sharpen>Unsharp Mask

I would try the 50% in the amount range and go from there

Do this AFTER you resize them and I would not suggest doing this in batch unless you really don't need to be "perfect".

Also it's better to resize a big pic to small thumnail size in several actions not in one. You can use sharp filters between this actions, fade sharp actions etc.
