I just got screwed by a sponsor today
 

My very first non-payment by a sponsor. I've been lucky up til now.

XOXCash has owed me for 16 sales for about a month and a half now. I promoted them a little bit in the August - September time frame.

Another friend of mine is owed for 25 sales and another guy on GFY says he never got payment either.

They do respond to emails, but they just keep leading me on. Maybe with a little hope they will come through - just late.|sad|

Stay away from them.

JenC im sorry to hear about your problem mate hope it all gets worked out. I have had some problem myself with some other sponsors being late with checks because of Ibill messing things up. If your sales have slowed down I would put my traffic to better use while I wait until they get themselves together. Once they pay you then if you choose to you could always go back to them just as long as there back on track. If not just move on to the next sponsor on your list because I don't think legal action would be worth anything at all for as little 16 sales. Just my 2 cents.
