all shareware owners will sue freeware for not letting them earn enough $$ and i quess any internet company must sue kazza, imesh, emule and after that all the boards cause they have links to free material ?
they should protect them selfes better like paying some programmer instead of layers :)

Perfect 10 publisher Norm Zada said he was targeting Google because the company was using the allure of naked women to draw more visitors to its site and generate more advertising revenue.

He said he feared his company, which claims 100,000 different visitors a month to its website, would be driven out of business unless Google was forced to stop distributing the "free peeks".
Norm Zada is a no-growth no-advanement nudnick who would like nothing better than to have all thing internet stuff go away so he could go back to selling overpriced magazines. He hates with a passion the idea that he now has literally millions of competitors in a business where he use to be alone.

Google does what Google does - it links to things. They don't host the images, and they don't link to stuff that is in protected directories. Their bots find stuff, and they list them. Using the "fair use" rules already argued in court, they provide thumbnails to help guide people to these images and sites - and they always show the images in context.

Zada is exactly like the previous owner of Sex.com , Stephan Cohen. He tried to scare everyone into turning over domaisn that contained the term sex.com (or even SEX and COM in the same domain). He got a few scared enough to give in (including the almighty Serge!), but in the end, his bully boy tactics were not useful. Zada is attempting to change the world to meet his business, instead of changing his business to meet the world. You just know that doesn't work.

Welcome to 2005. :-)

Alex
